I am in the middle of a house sale and unfortunately it has become a nightmare ( no fault of Sowerbys ) and although we still want the house because of all the continuing issues with getting it over the line it’s at best 50/50 . So , the ONLY reason I’m doing this review is Grace Read who works for Sowerbys at their Kings Lynn office . From the beginning she has been first class and gone over and beyond the call of duty for an agent . Regardless of the fact that she may get commission on the sale she has given 100% to doing her best and giving the best customer experience she can give ....even though everything is going wrong . The way I judge Great customer service is ; when things are going wrong is the person you are dealing with going to make a bad situation BETTER or WORSE ? Without any shadow of a doubt she has tried to make things better ( and continues to do so ) in my vast experience of life and dealing with good and bad customer service she goes down as EXCEPTIONAL. Hopefully her bosses realise what a diamond she is and promote her to AREA MANGER and give her a £20k hike in pay lol ....and “ No “ she hasn’t paid me to post this post and I’m not her Dad or boyfriend either !PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Sowerby’s are second to none and we got an absolutely superb service from Bec and Mario during the sale of our home. They were fantastic at every stage of the process from the initial meeting, through to the photography/brochure production, the viewings and amazingly they got us an asking price offer within just a few days of our house going on the market. Their knowledge of selling houses, older properties in particular (ours is grade II listed), was very thorough and they clearly had a lot more experience and passion for selling them than any other agents we had met with. Their enthusiasm was evident in all our meetings as well as in all the marketing and viewings which they carried out, without which I very much doubt the property would have sold so fast. Once the offer was accepted and finalised they have also kept in regular contact every step of the way so we know exactly where the sales process is at. Would recommend them wholeheartedly and if I was to sell a property again I would go back to them instantly without any hesitation. If we had any queries she was efficient, always called or emailed back, if she did not know something she would find out nothing was too much trouble Our move would have been more stressful without.
