Leaving a review on behalf of my mother who doesn't have an account. Alison showed Mum, Sandra around a property in Hunstanton at the weekend and Mum was super impressed with her kindness, how she was very informative regarding the property and generally very helpful. A lot if agents have a way of making you feel a little rushed when viewing but Alison was most accommodating and promptly communicated with her colleagues at the branch to enable Mum to progress with things without any stress or being kept waiting. Thank you on behalf of Mum Alison! Fully recommend Sowerbys. A very personable and warm company.

From Sam Jones’ first visit when we were choosing an estate agent to the final handing over of keys to our buyer, Sowerbys were the epitome of professionalism. Aaron Watson, Grace Read and others conducted viewings in just the right spirit. The marketing material prepared by Nick Peak and Kristian Anthony showed that they thoroughly understood the property and how to sell it. Bec Nally went the extra mile to support us when there were temporary delays near the end of the process. The whole team offered clear communication and sound advice along the way. We cannot praise or thank Aaron Watson enough, when we first started looking for our dream home we was not sure what we wanted. He was patient and had all the time in the world for us and once we did find ‘the one’ he looked after us and the sale throughout the whole process to hurry everything along with solicitors etc. (8 weeks and 2 days from our offer being accepted to completion and picking up our keys) he even went the extra mile with helping me chose our blinds which my husband had little interest in! Grace Read came to show us a property that as it turned out was not what we where looking for. We have just exchanged on a house through Sowerbys. It has been a very long and stressful experience which has been out of our control(at no fault of sowerbys) but from day one Aaron Watson has been amazing, he’s been more like talking to a friend when I’ve had to call him so many times. And then towards the exchange we had so many issues lower down the chain, our own estate agents have been disappointing on all fronts especially with communication, but Aaron really made up for them he kept us constantly updated and was a huge support throughout understanding my frustration entirely, I couldn’t have asked for more. He made himself available when he was on annual leave and when he was off for the day. Aaron’s continued support and care has been above and beyond, I really do feel that without him I’d have walked away from the chain. When we finally exchanged I was so pleased it was Aaron who let me know and he was genuinely as pleased as we were. On other occasions when I’ve called and spoke to other members of the team they have all been lovely, no one makes you feel rushed there. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sowerbys to anyone. I just wish they had been the ones selling our property (but we were based in Hampshire). Aaron is a complete star
