From the moment we met Grace Read of Sowerbys, on the steps of Margaretta House, to the exchange and completion 11 weeks later (!) she was incredible. Friendly, professional, diplomatic and understanding. She put our proposal to the buyer on the same day, and kept a careful watch over process, ironing any creases along the way, getting us through a very fast exchange and completion (that was needed by us). We have moved from Notting Hill to Norfolk and we are loving every single day! We open for holiday rentals next week -

I’m the director of a small family owned property company that used Sowerbys (Kings Lynn) to sell one of our freehold properties. They found us a suitable buyer very quickly and handled the sale very professionally from start to finish. I was particularly impressed with how they handled things during the Covid-19 pandemic. Throughout lockdown, I had regular contact with the team as they continued operations remotely - I hardly noticed any disruption in service! The team have always gone the extra mile to obtain and/ or relay information between all relevant parties and to chase things up, showing a real dedication and hunger to progress matters as efficiently as possible. Everyone in the office has been a real delight to deal with and they’ve all been so helpful. Professional, friendly, polite, and hard working - you couldn’t ask for more! 5* sevice.. We have recently moved (5 days ago) with a really tricky chain. Throughout the whole process Sowerbys were incredible; not only in keeping the chain moving, but liaising with all parties including solicitors etc. A special mention to Grace. She kept us upto date and provided solutions to the several hiccups that we encountered along the way. I am confident that if it wasn’t for Grace in particular, and the team we simply would not have been able to move into the house we are in! We are moving to Norfolk from East Sussex and bought our new house through Sowerbys. From the start, the service we received from Becky was superb. There were delays on our sale and the solicitors dealing with it were less than informative, but Becky always seemed to know what was going on and was always there to reassure and advise us. She helped take the edges off what has been a very stressful time. As far as the house itself is concerned, when we viewed it, it was exactly as Sowerbys described it. Sowerbys recommended a Norfolk solicitor to deal with the purchase and he turned out to be excellent too.
