GoogleWe are a local family run developer who use Sowerby's for a number of reasons; their professionalism, their font of knowledge of the area, friendly staff who are always happy to help and advise and the fact they do exactly what they say, sell houses! They make the whole transition from start to finish as smooth as they possibly can. We can't praise them enough, the team are fantastic and nothing is ever too much hassle. Peter, Aaron, Jess and Mario just to name a few are First Class. We look forward to working with you again real soon.

GoogleDrove 106 miles to view houses and the main one we would have snapped up was already sold and no one had rung us to say an offer had been accepted. Will not be using very poor show. Octavia insisted there was no viewing but we had two emails and one text message confirming. Really disappointing organisation.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWe bought our new home through Sowerbys King's Lynn dealing mainly with Becky Boor. She was amazingly helpful in helping us close the sale and was always willing to go the extra mile when it came to communication and providing a personable, friendly approach. We can not thank her enough and should we ever want to sell on, Sowerbys would be our first choice. Her colleague Nick also deserves credit when she was unavailable. A great team effort.
