My property was completely run down at the end of the tenancy. Abbotts is siding with the Tennant. I will not use them again.

In the 3/4 days of calling, they only managed to answer their phone once (called on 3 different numbers) and didn’t respond to any emails. Kind of glad the flat I wanted to rent is let agreed now cause they won’t waste any more of my time.

When you have a serious issue and have no water for 2 days after being out of the property for 6 weeks now. Nobody can wash especially an 18month old child and adults after being at work all day

GoogleHaven't used them much, because after you viewed one property, they will call you again and again, about 3-4 times a day to offer you something else. Faced it when was looking for property to let and also when buying as well. it gets very annoying
