I cannot recommend them highly enough especially a Letting agent Martyna Swierc! ☺️ My partner and I really wanted to move into a house we found, but had a few paperwork issues which subsequently delayed the application and at one point looked like a no go. Martyna's determination to find a way who the application can go through was second to none, landlord was very happy with the proposal and my partner and I were over the moon to be able to move into our dream home. Thank you so much to Martyna Swierc and anyone from Abbott's Letting team who was involved, it means so much to us!! Great team of people.

I chose Abbotts to sell my house and have not been disappointed. Shane is always available to help with any queries. Kieren, Joanne and Adam have all been amazing with Kieren doing most of the viewings. Although market hasn’t been fantastic, I’ve had lots of viewings and now have an offer within 4 months. The process has been smooth and recommend anyone wishing to sell their home to use them. I’m so happy with the service they have provided.

Would highly recommended! Helped me find a flat in the perfect location and have been very accommodating which has helped move all the way from Manchester. Suzie was brilliant on the phone, pleasant to speak to and very informative on the area. Gary was very knowledgeable about the flats I was interested in, liaised brilliantly with other parties including landlords and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the new flat.

Tina was fantastic and went above and beyond to help us out and keep us in the loop in regards to the property we purchased, and it was nice to have someone so down to earth on our side throughout the process. Never pick up the phone or update their listings. Tried to claim they had sold something that had been sold by another estate agents in town. Questionable level of hygiene in office. Black Mold across windowsills where they talk to clients. Honestly wouldn't trust them to sell me a fish let alone a house! If you read through their reviews, you'll discover that this seems to be a fairly consistent experience in their sales department.

I rented a property through Abbott's recently and I would recommend them over and over. Both Martyna and Gary were incredible, they made me feel very welcomed and made the whole experience lovely. They took time out of their days to reassure me and step by step me through the process whenever I had any doubts or concerns and I can't thank them enough for that. Every contact with them both was helpful and non-judgemental which can't be said for a lot of places, and they went above and beyond for me over and over again when they didn't have to. Having not needing to deal with Abbotts in over 10 years I thought they must have got better but no. We arranged second viewing for a house where our offer had been accepted only for the owner to tell us that she’d taken it off the market a few weeks prior and knew nothing about the viewing and was shocked that Abbotts hadn’t relayed that to us. When we contacted them we were met with excuses and assured that the person dealing with us would call us back that week but never heard from them again. Even though we already had a mortgage in place they were incredibly pushy to use their adviser and just wouldn’t let up when we said no. Poor communication and even worse service. One star is one star too much!

Absolutely shocking service. Never any communication. Constantly having to chase via phone and email to get answers, even though I am paying them roughly £100 pcm to ‘manage’ my property. Keep taking extra money from rent for extras when told twice that I don’t want any extras at all. Kerrie promised the most amazing service when I decided to go with abbots, after telling her the previous bad experience with lettings agents but she doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing at all, no one does! Still waiting for a response from early last week, have chased 4 times with no answer. Wouldn’t recommend Abbots at all - stay well clear. Have left this review on the downham market branch as well as kings Lynn as I seem to be speaking to both offices so who knows which one actually manages my property.

Abbotts have been fantastic during my move from Wales to my new flat in King’s Lynn. After a separation regarding tenants, they found me a smaller, nicer, 1 bedroom property in no time, and the move was even faster! Suzie, Lynsey, and Kerrie treated my situation with so much care and consideration, and regularly meeting them for viewings made the whole experience more personal. Countless phone calls about new properties starting with “this one made me think of you!” from Suzie made me feel like I was in good hands. They took into consideration all of my needs such as budget, location, and all round quality of properties viewed. An exceptional experience where they went above and beyond for someone new in town.

We brought a bungalow from a seller using Abbott’s at the beginning of the year. Tim @ Kings Lynn branch truly went above & beyond for us. He attended extra viewings, even on his Saturday day offs. He kept us updated as to progress. But above all else he was in constant contact with the seller & their solicitor, pushing them along to get the sale through in the timeframe we needed. He made endless phone calls, got involved in paperwork where he had no obligation to & was always on the end of the phone when we needed him. Would recommend Tim to anyone.
