I recently moved out of a rental house that was managed by Abbotts. My checkout was done by Lisa Clayton, and I can honestly say she went above and beyond to help me get out in time! I was running a little behind for the inspection and, without me asking, she pitched in and helped clean the kitchen. It was so nice to have a friendly and helpful person at such a stressful time. The ReLetting process from beginning to end was so quick and easy. Bryony got to work right away to find a new tenant after the previous tenant unexpectedly and without notice vacated the property. My home went under contract for another Rent term in less than 2 weeks after being listed for Let. Bryony is the Best Property Manager I have worked with in 10+ years.

BUT ...... we also had to deal with the 'in house' conveyancing agent Conveyancing Direct' what a rude unhelpful person George was!!!!
