As a reluctant landlord I feel that I have to advise against using SSH Shawlands as agents. Having rented out my property through them twice, ive seen that property damaged twice and have never been able to recover any of the costs from the deposit. My tenants were to check out without a report being issued...but chargΔd for and evidence of damage being supplied. Its been very disheartening to have to write this, I wish better for others
