GoogleDealing with Bernard at the Kilmarnock Branch made renting a property very easy from start to finish. I required a quick move and I was unsure of the process to get this done Bernard explained the full process when I met with him at the property and he explained what was required from myself. His communication and customer service was great and I was kept informed and updated.

GoogleShannon, Julie and Bernard made moving into our new flat super easy and over all a fun experience. Every call or any sort of communication with them was fun and each of them had such a positive attitude! From enquiring to collecting the keys and even now nearly a week into our new place they’ve been checking up making sure everything is going well! GoogleWe recently sold a property in Kilmarnock through Slater Hogg. From first contact until last we found the Kilmarnock team (Steve, Charlene and Lennox) to be first class. They were very professional, pleasant, good communicators, prompt to respond and always happy to help get us through the sales process. We would have no hesitation recommending anyone thinking of selling their property in the Kilmarnock/East Ayrshire area to sell it with the help of the Slater Hogg team. We would have scored 5 stars were it not for one entirely unintentional but nevertheless ‘fly in the ointment’ oversight. Least said, soonest mended.

We recently got our Mortgage accepted with Slater Hogg and I'll tell you it certainly wasn't an easy process for Nicola. Having had an offer accepted with another company before and it fell through. from day one she was sure she could get us a mortgage and she did just that. In a very short space of time. We were first time buyers with a bad credit history and a load of paperwork but she didn't shy from that she smashed it for us. 5 Stars for her from us.

I tried to contact Slater Hogg & Howison Greenock branch regarding raw sewage coming from their property in Dalry,Ayrshire.At first I was told they would get their so called maintenance team out but nobody appeared.After a week I emailed them and just got ignored.The agents name was Niall Mckenzie.I waited another couple of days for a response but nothing.Now Environmental Health have been contacted and have been to the address so let's see slater hogg Greenock ignore them.Very unprofessional and ignorant.

One of the worst letting agents I’ve ever dealt with. We had a really awful experience trying to get our deposit back and were charged additional late fees that were never properly communicated to us. The whole process has been stressful and poorly handled from start to finish. We are now seeking representation to challenge the charges and recover our deposit. I would strongly advise others to avoid renting through this firm.
