They over promise and under deliver

I've purchased my flat with NPG and I'm quite disappointed with their service. Before the purchase was completed they promised really high rental yields and they insisted that short term lets were allowed. When my solicitor perused all the documents she advised me that rentals less than six months were not allowed. I still proceeded with the purchase. I also proceeded with them for the management of my rental property. Suddenly, the market changed, rents were significantly lower than those discussed previously and worst of all, they've been very slow in addressing any concerns. There are also delays with the rent almost every month. I'm really not happy with how they manage my property. I would not recommend them for property management and if purchasing with them double check everything they are promising.

Issues started prior to completion, it was never fully built and ended up terminating the contract..issues getting my money back and ended up,hiring someone to help me get.my money back. Eventually I got some of my money back but I.never.recovered.the cost cause that came.with it.

I had a lovely gentleman named Thomas show me the apartment. He was fantastic. Extremely friendly and professional and he also was able to answer every question I had about the property straight away. He also was able to give me a breakdown on the area around the flat, which I found very useful.I would highly recommend him and if I was to view any other properties with Northern Property Group, I would definitely specific ask if Thomas was available to show me it.

Just Incredible Company and People

Last Saturday, I gave Thomas and North Property a massive challenge.I have a Ukrainian family arriving in the U.K. in 5 working days and I need an apartment rented and ready.Rather than say it was impossible to do it in less than 10 days, Thomas spoke to a landlord immediately, worked out a path through the references, deposits and speeding up all the checks. Inventory etc etc.Anyway at 4.30 pm on Friday (yesterday) I picked up the keys and managed to spend the evening with my wife kitting it out for their arrival.And if North Property Group couldn’t have gone further, I even received a text from Thomas saying that even though he wasn’t working this weekend, he would leave his phone on and was happy to come down and muck in with any last preparations.Incredible service, incredible caring team. Thank you to Thomas and the whole team. Our new family will be forever in your debt.

The real-estate agent

I have dealt with many real-estate agent recently and for some reason everything seems impossible when trying to find detailed information about right to rent, inventory, contract clauses etc. However, Thomas was totally the opposite. He answered all our questions and also bothered to call the home office to further enquire about few things related to the visa we have.When everyone refused to even look into our application Thomas did. And what a helpful man he was and still is.Thanks for making us able to find a decent accommodation with a prompt timing. Thanks for you quick replies and precise information given. Hi All,As a professional manager, I like quality service and it takes a lot especially when you are investing, you want all details and facts laid out correctly, and doing it for me: I will give kudos to Kate Varley (Head of Client Relations). If you want your voice to be heard and someone to listen and at least try to understand your point of view she is the person to call. I think I am lucky to work with her as I am the type that would not accept anything less than quality.Kate is a good listener, and patient, I think she goes out of her way to solve difficult problems. I would suggest if any investor wants to have his or her voice heard, while investing your hard-earned money and ensuring that your investment is supported with facts and evidence you should set up a discussion with her and let her know what you want, I am sure she will find a way to make it happen. Great Service and very friendly / helpful staff!

I was stressing out looking for a flat and was getting the "we will phone you back" from letting agencies with no follow up but North Property Group were really quick to respond to me. Sian who I spoke to on the phone from NPG was very pleasant on the phone, gave me all the relevant information that I needed, and even allowed me to put a holding deposit down on a flat on that same day despite there being a lot of interest in the property! 10/10 service and I would highly recommend NPG for anyone looking to secure a tenancy!

Not helpful at all!

They are good when they trying to sell you property. But when it’s done they don’t care about you! Not helping with any requests and ignoring you! Avoid if you can!North Property Group tried to offer me £100 to chanche review! How anybody can trust them after that? I have screenshots of our conversation. Now they tried to delete my review on Tripadvisor My experience was my experience. If you improved your service, it’s not related with my experience. Why do I need to delete my review?
