I cannot commend highly enough the level of service provided by Kate and Sophie in the purchase of an apartment through NPG Leeds.Despite the fact that the purchase was long drawn due to no fault of their own, both of them were fantastic at all stages of the purchase.Pro-active and very supportive in their approach, communication was real-time and super efficient. Great Team of Hard Working Young Professionals

I love working with North Property Group's team of young property-management professionals. What the team may possibly lack in terms of extensive years of experience, they more than make up for in terms of dedication, timely action, ongoing tenant relationship building and in going the extra mile when called upon. Most of my interaction is with the ever friendly, patient and accommodating Georgia and Holly, and more recently with Declan, and Jake - who blew me away with his speed at comprehensively providing the lengthy list of information I requested, along with additional useful information for my benefit. I consider that I, as a landlord, and my tenants are very fortunate to have North Property Group as our Managing Agent.

Hi! My name is Dana, I am with North Property Group since April ,every time I had a issue regarding the flat they were so prompt and quick respond to my problems and also doing them best to solve the issue! This month my contract ended ,me and my husband we decided to stay and extend the contract but it was a issue with the flat we use to live in ,the landlord let us know the property is for sale so no long available for an extended contract which it was no problem at all for North Property Group ,they found a way to satisfy our needs and moved us into another property and also for a long term. Holly looked after our case ,I can tell she’s so professional ,so quick respond and easy to solve any issues.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE....MONEY GRABBING LETTINGS AGENCY....NOT ANOTHER ONE..!!

As all lettings agencies you do have to take them with a pinch of salt, Northern Property group Leeds Office you need a Full Bowl..!!! From the start requesting info and availability to rent out a room in a shared property promoted by Northern Property Group it was slow and hard to get a clear black and white answer. Advert only stated shared but did not highlight number of tenants...further investigating the demographics of the tenants already living their, for example age, job etc answers was very vague and limited resulting in not really knowing who you are moving in with....as a possible tenant i believe its pretty crucial the lettings agency has as much info to give to new tenant to make a calculated decision, not this im not sure / deal with it attitude. What was most annoying is the excuse for not getting back to me regarding my application the excuse's 'im Busy' or 'passed it on to a colleague, was not aware he was also busy' ..........to find out i was not selected to move into the shared house based on a criteria, is fair game but NOT TO BE EVEN ASKED OR SENT CRITERIA SO I COULD RELAY THIS IMPORTANT INFO DID NOT HAPPEN..!!! So it raises my question....argument are these guys in it for quick easy money...??!!! based on my experience....YES..!!! REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE..!!!! SHOCKING ..!!!
