I’ve been putting off writing this review, but I am one of the many people who lost a lot of money on the Phoenix development in Leeds.

North Property Group acted solely as the sales agent and was not involved in setting prices, construction, or mortgage decisions. The reservation fee and deposit were paid to the developer, and independent legal representation was in place at exchange of contracts to advise on terms, including the absence of a valuation or mortgage clause.
We agree that off-plan purchases carry risks and always encourage buyers to seek their own legal and financial advice before proceeding. While we regret that this investment did not meet your expectations, we appreciate your feedback and are committed to improving transparency wherever we can.
