Ben Robertson was the only estate agent that we came across that explained everything we needed to know about renting our first property. As my husband was from Bali I was concerned that It would affect our renting prospects.. Other estate agents Haven’t been very helpful compared to Ben. I have just completed my house sale through Chancellors in Kidlington. I was very impressed with the service offered from start to finish. Oliver Marsden who acted as our Negotiator was professional and very proactive from the moment we signed to sell. Once Oliver had negotiated a suitable offer for me, he kept me informed throughout the sale. I would defiantely sell through Oliver at Chancellors again. The whole team in the office were also very helpful, it was a pleasure dealing with them.

My partner and I would like to thank Oliver Marsden for his help throughout the process of purchasing our first home. Right from the start, it was clear that he had done his research - he knew the property and the local area very well, and answered our questions with ease; he didn't just unlock the front door and leave us to it. He was very flexible, happy to fit around our 9-5 work schedules, and no viewing was too early or too late as long as the current occupiers were also happy. The whole process was very smooth, and a lot of that was down to Oliver.

We just moved out of a property managed by chancellors, the agency and most of the staff working there are extremely incapable, downright unhelpful, with the exception of Isabelle Smyth - Senior Property Manager, so this 5 star goes to her and her only. She remained kind, polite and professional at all situations, was super helpful and where all others failed went out of her way to assist us with our queries. She deserves the recognition, if it wasn't for her we would have had a much worse experience than we did. Thanks Isabelle!

I Arranged a viewing and was shown around by one of the agents. It was refreshing to have an enthusiastic and keen agent that not only 'listened' but took great care in trying to ascertain what I was looking for as an investment property. He highlighted all the pro's and con's and also helped me understand the potential to develop. His knowledge on local property prices, once developed, was very exceptional. Having done my own research, he was bang on the money regarding his own views. Me, my husband and our daughter just moved yesterday to our new flat. I can't belive all process was so quick and not as complicated as I first thought. Very special thanks to Nathan Tan, he was very patient and professional, he really supported us. He explained us everything, sometimes twice as we are not a native speakers ;). What a pleasant experience! I went into the Henley branch and spoke to Jon, a very helpful employee for your Henley area. I needed some assistance in my property search and I was very impressed with your employees knowledge of the area, not only places/areas within my budget but also how close the houses were to everything else I would need to be around or near my new home, schools, shops etc! I'm in a bit of a rush as I am moving to the area for a job and knew nothing about Henley and surrounding suburbs. Whilst I was in the branch I was comfortable the whole time and did not feel pressured at all, which is refreshing for an estate agents! I left feeling like I had real direction on what was now within my means and will be back to arrange viewings next time I am in the area! A great experience overall!

Liam Jones at Chancellors in Kidlington was extremely helpful. I am moving from France with my husband and kids and I spoke to him over the phone, telling him what I wanted in terms of space, what I liked in terms of atmosphere and how much I was able to spend and he gave me lot of advice abut different areas, including but not at all limited to Kidlington. He put me in touch with the agents from other relevant branches as well. On his advice, I waited until early July to come over and visit places and when I made the trip, he took me to 4 different propeties in the space of a couple of hours and they all fitted the bill and were better options than any I saw with other agencies during my 3 day visit. One of the 4 was perfect. I travelled back to France and we were able to secure it and do the paper work at a distance with minimal effort. My thanks to him and to the letting team.

Liam Jones at Chancellors in Kidlington was helping me to search for an apartment. At the meeting he took me and my partner to his car, and then brought us around to see several properties. While doing this he was extremely pleasant, and very good presenting the local environment to us. After the viewings, Liam showed extreme professionalism, as he suggested a landlord to lower the monthly fee in order to get a very good candidate tenant. This showed a rare understanding of how the market works and how to make the final agreement between landlord and tenant as easy as possibly.
