FacebookSean Randall has been very impressive. My tenant, a good guy, has had to leave, and Sean has been top notch in working through the things that need to be done and arranging them all. He's even kept me posted with what's happening. Can't ask for more than that :) Best wishes Bob Gilbert

GoogleThe Chancellors team (Adam, Kayleigh, Rebekka and Rhiannon) were very professional from the start. They provided weekly updates via mail and phone and helped me find a tenant with zero stress. The team is absolutely great and would highly recommend Chancellors.

GoogleI would be wary of using Chancellors. Their representative was professional and pleasant and the valuation they gave was good but after deciding to go with a rival estate agent, I received numerous phone calls asking me to justify why I didn't ultimately go with them and asking when my "contract" with the rival estate agents ran out. I found this part utterly unprofessional and stressful.

FacebookZERO STARS. Simply the worst agency out there. Will not stop calling no matter how many times you tell them to remove you from their system. Do not give them your phone number let alone your property. Worst service I’ve ever experienced from any company EVER! Find and use a local agency - I’ve never had an issue with anyone except Chancellors!

FacebookHow they treat staff and can fire their staff when they have been told medically and by government rules to self isolate due to illness. To then have a call From manager to fire them! Which this member of staff previously offered to work from home ! Absolutey disgusting and to kick somebody down when poorly as well! Shame on you!!

FacebookHorrendous experience in Wycombe. Especially during Covid but even before. The team are really unhelpful, do not listen, and even if you are entitled to help legally they delay it because they work for the landlord who tends to be a big company or corporation with no empathy. Honestly just avoid this company save yourself the grief.
I wish we had looked at this review before we had any dealings with them. Had a very similar experience in Leominster branch. Lettings manager lied to us on many an occasion & was totally unreliable
