We’ve recently bought our first home through Eveleighs. Shane has been amazing throughout our whole journey. Always keeping us informed with what was going on and nothing was ever too much trouble, always went above and beyond. As you can imagine buying a house during a pandemic can be very stressful but we couldn’t be more happier and still can’t believe how fast they got us in there! The whole team at Eveleighs in Keynsham played a huge role every step of the way through my grandmothers house sell. I first met Robin, the face of Eveleighs when he valued the property being very profesional and very covid aware, and prepared. He was clear, very informative, and I knew straight away we would be using Eveleighs as I immediatly trusted him with all his years of experience behind him. Once Robin had promptly got the house on the market, Shane then proved his selling skills by providing us with immediate viewings. He conducted these viewings for us and reported back every time with honest feedback. He negotiated for us and tied a sale up, with great communication skills. Through the entire sales progressing we felt in great hands with Lynne informing us every step of the way, making endless calls to get us answers and keeping us up to date. I am aware Lynne too has been an estate agent for many years and this really shows when you are faced with difficult sittuations within the house sale, as she managed to resolve issues some may have found daunting. I always knew if Lynne was busy with other clients I could turn to either Shane or Debbie to help me, or to get information to Lynne. Our experiences with Estate Agents over the years has not been good to say the least, however on inviting Eveleighs to discuss the sale of our property it very quickly became evident that Robin’s professionalism and enthusiasm, gave us the confidence to instruct him as sole agent to sell our property. We chose Eveleighs before the Covid lockdown and everything was put on hold. We had continual contact with Robin re the property we had chosen, so that when the lockdown eased, and with stringent safety measures in place, viewings began and a successful offer on our house was achieved from the first person that viewed. Robin demonstrated throughout his ability to drive the sale of our property whilst taking an interest in our wellbeing. We were impressed by what they included in their fee, which easily surpassed that offered by other estate agents. Vicki and Jamie made the process incredibly easy, were very easy to contact and provided very quick turnaround on viewings, feedback and offers. We had a fantastic experience with Eveleighs as first time buyers. Shane was honest and transparent with us at the viewing and was knowledgable about the property. Having viewed many properties with different estate agents this was really refreshing and gave us much more confidence when making an offer. After our offer was accepted Lynne guided us through the rest of the process to moving day. Lynne did a fantastic job of keeping us informed and when things slowed down up the chain she did a lot of chasing to get things moving again, which was much appreciated! Absolutely disgusted with this company, we made an offer on a house, they accepted it and told us it was ours. The next day we got told they had given it to someone else, that made a higher offer. Very sly and underhanded, would not use or recommend, very unprofessional way to do business. If I could give them zero stars I would. Edited: I understand you are legally obligated to give your client the offer, that is not what our complaints were about, it was how you handled it. We were NOT offered the option to counter offer, we were told that we had lost the property and you were sorry for that. We had a further 50k we could have spent, so not only is this not professional in terms of how you handled it with us, but also unprofessional on your client's behalf. You also didn't tell us when the offer came in, you waited until everything had been accepted and gone through. Rather than take my complains on board you have sent me two emails arguing with me. Perhaps next time you should ensure all your staff are following the same procedures and ensure the clients are offered the option to make a higher offer.

We would highly recommed Eveleighs especially Vikki who sold our family home in a matter of weeks. We met many estate agents to view houses and Vikki outweighed them due to her knowledge of what she was representing (our house, the area, the schools etc).
