I recently sold a property with Eveleighs and received excellent service from start to finish. From right at the beginning of the sale when Robin valued the house, then when both Robin & Shane showed prospective buyers around the house and negotiated a fair price for the property with our buyer. Then the sale was passed to Lynne to progress until completion. Lynn kept me informed every step of the way & any queries/questions I had she was always there to help. She does such a fantastic job and I was totally confident that she was pushing the sale along. Eveleighs are a great team and I would 100% recommend their services if you are looking to sale/buy a property.

Not your typical estate agents ! Robin & Shane handled the sale of our property and the purchase of out new one. Great Estate Agent! We have come across few different estate agents in the past but Eveleighs has been the best. Stacey Jones was our agent. As a buyer, the whole process was very smooth and easy. Us living in a different city, from the first viewing of the house in Bristol to the sale completion, she has also been very understandable and accommodating to meet all our requests. We shopped around whilst trying to sell our house in keynsham. After have 4 valuations previously Shane from Eveleighs came to value ours last. He made us feel at ease and also was honestly and prompt when we had questions. By far the most affordable from all of the other estate agents and made it effortless on our end from viewings to the actual sale. Our house sold on the 2nd viewing after 24 hrs of being on sale.
