Outstanding service from start to finish

This is the second time we have been lucky enough to buy and sell with Eveleighs and I can honestly say they have been amazing from start to finish. Robin and Shane handled all the viewings brilliantly and helped us secure our new home. They were always available and so helpful, friendly and professional. Robin was available throughout every stage of the process to provide reassurance and advice when needed. Lynne dealt with the sales progression in a long chain and was outstanding at making sure we exchanged and completed as planned. They are a pleasure to deal with and im only sorry we won’t be moving again! Thankyou Eveleighs for everything!

She has genuinely taken out the stress, and ensured that it’s been a smooth process each time. She has found good tenants quickly for us, and we are very happy with the outcome. Tracey and Jamie were absolute angels in helping communicate between us and the sellers and their solicitors considering we were dealt a bad hand with our solicitors, Tracey was very accommodating, understanding and guided us through the process as we were first time buyers. Jamie assisted us with the viewing and knowledgeable of the property and where he was unable to provide an answer he ensured us he would chase for answers as soon as possible, also while Tracey was off with giving us the keys and relaying any ad hoc questions to the sellers.Thank you for all your hard work would absolutely recommend your services!

Stacey was great at getting our property sold quickly after moving from a poor service countrywide estate agent . Absolutely fantastic service from day one. Vicki stood out amongst the other agents I had asked to value my property with her knowledge of area and a HMRC issue that affected my own personal circumstances. The photos taken were fab. The contact with Vicki and Jamie for viewings was seemless and I loved the use of WhatsApp. Vicki reassured me when I had any questions was always so easy to contact. The process post sale with Tracy was just as good. Even my solicitor complimented Tracy’s pro activity! Again Tracy always kept me fully updated. Amazing service throughout

Eveleighs were fantastic from start to finish with our house move. Robin and the team combine a wealth of experience with excellent people skills to make the whole conveyancing process a lot less stressful. Robin was absolutely brilliant throughout and always available when we needed him, as well as checking in on us regularly along the way. The other Eveleighs team members we came across also provided an excellent service, with a special mention for the unflappable Lynne, who cleared some miscommunications between the lawyers in no time! I can not express how fantastic Tracey is and truly an asset to the company. She contacted me regular with calls and emails . Updating me on processes and explaining the processes . I had the most awful solicitor that didn't take my calls ,answer emails and didnt keep me in the loop. It was also a very stressful time for me personally . Tracey kept me up beat ,listened to my stories and kept me going. She chasing solicitors ,pushing them to sort certain things out. All in all it took around 8 months to buy my flat. This was nothing to do with eveleighs or Tracey but my solicitors that done nothing until complaints went in around 3 wks before exchange . I can not thank Tracey enough . After being with a local agent for 8 months and having hardly no viewings in a tough selling period, we changed to Eveleighs on a trusted family member’s recommendation. Eveleighs gave us an honest valuation, combined with sound advice in how to prepare the house for viewings, which led to us finally selling. Although selling our house was difficult due to it being unique they managed to highlight its positive attributes, they always gave us sound advice and with their professionalism got us over the line enabling us to move to our forever home. Our experience with Eveleigh's Estate agents especially their Keynsham branch was Absolutely shocking, unprofessional, and very rude, me and my partner called up regarding a new property on the market and wanted a bit more information and wanted to book ourselves in for a viewing. We was greeted by the Area manager Vicki Kittlety, whom it seemed like she didn’t want to be on the phone. After this we then went on about booking a viewing, and because I work shifts it’s pretty hard to get a viewing together with my partner, then we was told no offers can get put in without the other person being there, so as we are trying to arrange a date between our selfs, we get very rude interrupted “so what date can you do then!? You keep changing your mind, your not making sense!” Very unprofessional in my opinion, furthermore, as the conversation went on we agreed on a date (Tuesday) then the response from Vikki was “No you said you can’t do Tuesdays!” After this she said we would get a confirmation email, which we never did…. Later that day we called back up to ask about the confirmation as we had no received it, surprisingly Vikki answered again, we asked why we hadn’t received it and her response was “You won’t, it’s to early” very bluntly, we then went on and made a formal complaint, but being the area manager we had to put the complaint in to her, as we was describing why we was complaining, her repose was “No I don’t agree with that” she was declining everything we was complaining about and was being very defensive about the whole situation. A day or 2 later my partner felt uncomfortable and didn’t want to view the property because of this situation, so we emailed Vikki to cancel the viewing, and her professional email back was “no problem will do.” Absolutely shocking customer service from their area manager.

Gemma with Eveleighs is the best! :) I had the chance to work with Gemma from Eveleighs recently, and I can’t say enough good things about her. As a prospective tenant from abroad, I was navigating the rental market in the UK for the first time, and Gemma made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was the only one throughout my experience to take the extra time to help me find the perfect rental. From the very beginning, Gemma was incredibly responsive and attentive. She promptly answered all my questions, no matter how detailed or specific they were. She replied almost immediately after I put in an enquiry as well. From then on, she provided clear and helpful information, ensuring I understood the process and felt comfortable with the arrangements. One huge thing that stood out to me was Gemma’s willingness to go the extra mile. When I needed some extra time to prepare for the move, for example, Gemma was understanding and accommodating, working between the landlord and I to make sure everything went smoothly. She made sure any necessary adjustments were included in the tenancy agreement, with no hassle whatsoever. Throughout our communication, Gemma was always professional yet super friendly. She made me feel valued and welcomed, and seemed genuinely invested in helping me settle on a place to live.
