Absolutely top class service provided by Russell, Catherine & James. Catherine did a brilliant job on explaining everything about the flat I bought. I selected Anthony Roberts having done some google search. Having an agent sitting in the local area with local knowledge is really helpful. Russell, Catherine and the team were always responsive to calls and emails and went above and beyond supporting my buyers who were doing so for the first time. It has been a pleasure dealing with Anthony Roberts for the flat that I've now been renting for about a couple of weeks. Harriet was amazing at sorting out the tenancy and Alison has been fabulous at helping me sort out some minor teething issues when moving in. Both have been very quick to respond to queries and have been extremely helpful. I've dealt with a few estate agents in the past and none of them compare to Anthony Roberts!

Russell handled the sale of my property recently and was an absolute star. He conducted most of the viewings himself and was patient, professional and always cheerful.Antony Roberts isn't the cheapest agent, but it really is worth paying that extra quarter of a percent for the knowledge they have and the great service they give. We would thoroughly recommend Antony Roberts and particularly Russell from the sales team. He was absolutely amazing throughout the purchase process; professional, trustworthy and really friendly. Selling our house in Isleworth was a little more complicated than the average sale. We would have given up on the whole process except for the help and guidance of Catherine Merrett and Russell Houston from Anthony Roberts. They were as professional as you would expect but their human touch and obvious sympathy and care towards us made the whole experience a total pleasure. We would not go anywhere else if we have to do it again and we would fully recommend them to every person we know.

When we finally started working with Anthony Roberts, the difference was noticeable - they are professional, friendly, act with integrity and always accessible to share their experience and advice. We can thoroughly recommend Matt Mannall, the manager at Antony Roberts in Richmond, for his insight, courtesy, wit and advice - and for going the extra mile to make our house transaction happen. What is extraordinary is that Matt wasn't even selling our home, but we really liked the way he worked and he became instrumental in making sure everyone in the chain was happy and on the same page. I don't think our sale would have happened without his input and hard work and we are very grateful to him.
