We found Antony Roberts to be professional, helpful and responsive throughout the long- protracted sale process. James was especially helpful in dealing with extremely slow solicitors on the purchasers’ side and always kept us informed. Having dealt with numerous estate agents over the years, I would definitely recommend Antony Roberts.

I recently sold a probate property through Anthony Roberts. It wasn't straightforward and there were quite a few legal issues. Despite this James was consistently professional and kept me up to date on any developments. He was extremely patient, knowledgable and reassuring. I would highly recommend Anthony Roberts.

This was our third transaction with Anthony Roberts, we’ve been both buyer and seller. My experience with estates agents has never been positive, though things really are different with this team. Communication was good and precise without being afraid to provide feedback of which some might not want to hear. Megan, Toby, Simon & the whole team at the Kew branch are truly fabulous and I look forward to seeing them around the village.

I chose the independent agent Antony Roberts to sell my flat after looking at lots of others who didn’t quite feel right for me. I was not disappointed, their knowledge of the local market was spot on and I felt confident in placing the sale with them From the time I discussed the valuation and marketing of the property to regular but not too many updates, and then a phone call to say exchange had taken place the communication and reassurance received was just perfect.

I have used Anthony Roberts to let two properties for well over a decade now and thought this time, there has not been a single occasion in which I was unhappy with their service, or charges. They are friendly and professional, and make the process of letting as hassle free as it can be, are quick to address issues, keep you informed of problems, but get them sorted quickly - and at a reasonable price. All statements and other documentation are sent through on time and are easy to understand. I have experience of other agents and while they have all be good, Anthony Roberts are certainly the best I have used. Absolutely no hestiation in recommending them. They helped at every step of the process, allowing me time to find the right property and then when seeing our dream home, acting fast in getting my house on the market and finding a buyer with minimal fuss. John Martins made the process of finding a new rental home in London easy. This was a relief given the current climate of competition & low supply. The requirement was also a standard 1 month’s rent up front alongside a deposit. This was greatly appreciated as my last rental required six month’s up-front - a sizable financial burden to a a single person renting, which did not result in a long-term rental. I was given a no fault eviction notice within the same contracted year. I am hopeful that this new rental will last until I buy a property.

Catherine was amazing throughout the experience of selling our home. We spoke to all the local estate agents and went with Anthony Roberts, they got an offer of over asking before our home even went to Market and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Our buyer was a little slow off the mark as they had issues selling their home but Catherine and the team went above and beyond to make sure that deadlines were met and the process kept moving. Troubleshooting when issues came up. They care about what they are doing and do it very well.

Ben and Marc at Antony Roberts were fantastic. We moved to them after struggling to sell our house with another estate agent. Marc, the sales manager, was down to earth and realistic with his advice. He made us feel like our wishes and goals were important. His focus was on us as people, rather than just on making a quick sale for his office. This was abundantly clear when our first accepted offer fell through and we were losing hope that we would ever sell our house. With his guidance, we ended up getting another offer quickly and for even more than our previous offers.Ben was involved with the viewings (with his colleague Rob) and then oversaw the sales progression after we had a buyer. He was friendly and professional throughout, going above and beyond to help facilitate discussions between us, the solicitors and the buyers. He responded to emails quickly and ensured we were kept up to date. He tried to pre-empt issues so they wouldn't turn into delays. The sale would not have gone through as quickly without his help.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the personal yet professional experience. We just wished we had signed up with Antony Roberts from the start!

We dealt with the agency as buyers of a flat in Kew. Compared to my previous experience of estate agents over the past 8 years, I can say that this was by far the most professional and courteous. In particular, Simon Welford was extremely helpful and honest - no typical smoke and mirrors you get from many agents, no intimidation techniques etc. He retained communication throughout the whole process and chased solicitors to ensure completion occurred in a timely manner.

Do not trust this agency.Scammers, no transparency at all, they are never helping you if you have a problem with your house, taking so long to fix the smaller problem that you can have during your tenancy, avoiding any kind of repair job or pest problem, advertising houses that casualities in your life got rent yesterday but they have a "similar" one but more expensive obviously, they will try to force you to pay cleaner company in the end of your tenancy, and obviously giving you some companies numbers that already work with them. At the end of your tenancy good luck, they tried to charge me £120 for dont remove a clock that we left on the kitchen wall, as we dont need it we leave it. Apparently remove the clock cost £120, casualities in your life they did not have invoice of that job.They asked for a contribution of £790 to redecorate the whole house as we had few bluetacks stains on the living room wall. Sorry we were living there for 2 years, it is normal that we put some pictures on the walls.Thanks god that my deposit was secure with TDS, they were asking for 1k of my 1.4k deposit. As apparently they choose a company that charge them 4k to redecorate the whole house (2 bedroom flat house with an american kitchen inside of the living room). Maybe Picasso or Van gogh are working for that company.Also if your Property Manager is Alison Wren, run, run away, as far as you can, she will be rude, condescensing, passive agressive and will try always to scare you and she will never be transparent with you.If you are in London, do not use them. Maybe in another cities they are better, in London? Run away as fast as you can and check your wallet buddy

I was also reassured that they were at hand whenever I needed advice. I have used these agents for many years and have never been disappointed. They have now found me a tenant who seems ideal. We changed from another agent to Antony Robert's after a few let downs. Straight away we felt confident that the team would be able to sell our flat. All the team were very friendly, in particular Simon Welford who dealt with our sale. Simon was very concise, always communicated well to us even small matters and kept us updated throughout the whole process. It was refreshing to deal with them, straight forward and no nonsense. Would highly recommend them.
