John Martins has been wonderful to deal with at Antony Roberts. He was always available at the end of the phone and provided levels of knowledge and expertise that are rare in this industry. Often, one feels treated as a "spare wheel" during property transactions. Mike and the team at Antony Roberts in St Margarets couldn't have been more helpful. Our house purchase wasn't exactly the smoothest (through no fault of the the AR team) and as a first time buyer I had a lot of questions. Mike answered all of these quickly, politely and even dumbed it all down so I knew exactly what was going on. He was also always on hand to prod the legal people when they seemed to be taking a little too long to complete tasks and this certainly made a huge difference to the overall turnaround time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike and his team to anyone. Thanks guys!

We have been mostly working with Ed and it was a great experience. He was ver knowledgeable and helpful as we had to move from a different country. He made sure to accommodate our specific requirements for the check-in as we were not very flexible with date and time. Some times we were in contact with Harriet and she was also very nice and got back to us quickly answering all the questions we had. Would definitely work with the agency again.

Harriett and the team were exceptional in helping to find great tenants after the sale of our house fell through. They quickly identified the right type of tenant, helped us decide which parts of the house needed some revamp and were even willing to check on progress of the works . The communication was excellent , the paper work minimal and it helped that they have a high street office and are actually working in the office (not from home). Highly recommend Antony Roberts for lettings.

I have sold two flats in St Margarets with Antony Roberts, most recently in August 2023, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and to recommend them. I wanted an agent that guaranteed proper grown ups would handle every aspect of my sale - from every phone call, to every the viewings, and every detail of the sale - and they more than delivered. No detail was too small and their advice led us to go to best and final offers on our flat - securing an offer over asking price in a really challenging market. Catherine, Russell, Ollie and the team were a true delight.

Very strong service selling my house in Kew. I’ve used Antony Roberts to buy the house, exclusively to let it over the last 8 years and now the sale.I’m in the process of selling another house in Acton through a different agent and the difference in dealing with the agent there is so noticeable.Phil, who throughout the sale at Kew was my point contact is motivated, communicative and bent over backwards to provide feedback, advice and support throughout the entire process.Sadly I don’t have any more houses to sell in Kew but if I did then I’d use Antony Roberts all day long!

We were initially daunted by the current London rental market, but the process with John and the team at Anthony Roberts was seamless. Amy was incredibly helpful and informative during the process. The process itself was seamless in comparison with other Estate Agents that we had previously used.The tenancy fees are incredibly reasonable (again, another areas where agencies will attempt to extort users) and the referencing process was fine.I would definitely recommend using this company for anyone who is looking to find a property in the St Margarets / Richmond / Twickenham areas!Jazz

Lovely people to work with. Always pleasant and smiley. What can I say. Told us they had just the people to purchase out property. Two days later, they had bought it. Couldn't be less troublesome. Then kept on helping through the tricky bit of getting from sale to exchange with solicitors driving us bonkers! Whole process took 3 months which isn't bad these days. All in all, eleven out of ten. In 1997 I bought a house in Sandycombe Rd from Anthony Roberts. They were patient and kindly guided us through a difficult purchase as the vendors chain broke up and they delayed the process by a few weeks. During this delay they fought off determined attempts by Gazumpers . 25 years later Anthony Roberts, especially Simon helped sell the same house . Again it was awkward, this time delayed by Probate and the Liz truss debacle but again they were excellent and even lent us some tools to fix the floorboards. If you ever wonder what is the point of an agent this experience showed us their value.
