Harriet at AR did a great job in securing several offers from tenants within a couple of days of marketing the property. The successful tenant was from overseas so getting the appropriate references wasn’t straightforward but the AR team delivered what we needed.

I appreciate the efficient and responsive service of the agent in arranging the viewing until handing over the keys. The experience living in the property is nice in general so far. The flat isn't as quiet when the windows are open for air flow as they were closed during the viewing in the colder weather. Perhaps because the flat is still quite empty and echoes sound from the main road out there. Hopefully I'll get used to it over time whether or not the right furniture is added to the flat. Otherwise, everything seems to work well so far!

Recently sold our house through Anthony Roberts who were brilliant. They were hugely supportive guiding us during a difficult time and despite being let down by a few buyers they held my hand and steered a steady course to a sale which realised the full market potential. They are lovely to deal with and fully understand the local community plus they will sort out all your attendant needs with a variety of reliable electricians, plumbers and decorators should you need. Highly recommend them both as a buyer and seller.

Harriet and Ed from the Richmond branch handled reletting my house in a super efficient and personable manner. The day after they came to check out my place I had three offers over asking. When the tenant-to-be unexpectedly pulled out at the last moment, Ed let me know at once and within a few hours I had two more offers. John Martins and Paul Zammit have made the finding of a new home a stress and trouble free process. Moving home is fraught with problems and hidden difficulties and their considerate and professional work and thoughtfulness, removed any concerns and apprehension I may have had or experienced, completely.After carefully assessing my requirements they found the ideal property, helped and supported me through the references, deposit, tenancy agreement, inventory and handing of the keys. All and any questions and queries were followed up and answered with information, help and guidance. By far the most reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent in Richmond. The team in Kew and Richmond are very friendly and helpful. We’re delighted to give 5 stars to Antony Roberts Sales and Lettings and to Mike Taylor, David Reed and Stephanie Vassar in particular. They were professional from the start, treating us as people and not just customers. They wanted to get the best deal for us and worked tirelessly to get there. Even when we agreed the sale they were there facilitating between sellers and lawyers, they were true professionals. The London market is no longer a bull market but this didn’t phase them they were patient and always optimistic. We trusted them and they delivered; we couldn’t recommend them more and we’ve used several estate agents in the best. They are second to none. On the Lettings front they’ve managed our place for years, great commission rate but also always respectful throughout with us and our tenants. Our place was in safe hands. So high praise to hem.
