Extremely Disappointed, Poor Communication and Ongoing Issues We had a very frustrating experience with the Connells Kettering branch. Over the past six months, communication has been consistently poor, with numerous emails and enquiries left unanswered. We were repeatedly given empty promises that someone would get back to me, but follow-up rarely, if ever, happened. What’s even more disappointing is that, despite the tenancy ending, I’m still having to chase them just to get the deposit back. The lack of responsiveness and accountability has made the whole process unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this branch based on our experience. If you’re looking for clear communication and professional service, I suggest looking elsewhere.

After needing to find a new property to rent, on a fair hurry, it was a delight to find Ben, and Connells in general. The listing on Rightmove was accurate, the photos were up to date, and the whole team were incredibly accommodating when it came to arranging a viewing, and dealing with any queries that came up. Nothing was too much trouble… phone calls were returned as promised, emails sent when they said they would be, and we were kept up to date with the whole process. As tenancy arrangements had changed significantly wince we last took out a tenancy agreement (we’d been in the previous property for 6yr), we weren’t as “up to scratch” as we could’ve been, but the explanations from Ben and Daniel were top notch. We were treated with courtesy and respect throughout, and a genuine empathy from all the staff (including those at the Rushden beach when we had to take documents there.) They must have gone the extra mile and struck a chord with our children too - as Ben was even treated to a hug from my eldest, along with a “thank you for finding us the best home!” as we signed for it! And hugs from him are as rare as rocking horse poop! Honestly, amazing to deal with, and would definitely recommend them

absolutely awful service from connells. raised repairs to the property (private renting) back in June and they keep fogging my partner off! when contacted they are unprofessional and don't offer much help. multiple times someone has said they'd sort out the repairs but nothing has been done. I imagine if he had children in the house they'd take it a bit more seriously but it's an absolute joke.

Hannah Thompson was the perfect viewing agent. She gave us plenty of time to view the property with patience and good humour. Hannah answered our questions, anything she didn't know at the time she found out and got back to us. We were in a multiple bidding situation and Hannah was very supportive and encouraging during that process. Giving 4 stars at the moment only because we have yet to get to completion.

What a fabulous experience from start to finish. I have dealt mainly with Craig and Hannah, but I know other members of the team have also been involved in my transaction behind the scenes so my thanks also extend to them. From the outset I could tell it was a company I wanted to use - they were straight talking and didn't "fluff anything up" so to speak. I knew exactly what was what. House particulars were drawn up in a timely manner and before I knew it my property was live on the open market. I had many viewings, and I cannot stress enough how passionate Craig and Hannah were about my property - they really did sell it. Once a buyer was confirmed they kept in touch with me at regular intervals until the transaction went through. Connells really helped us through a very long moving process which was no fault of theirs. When selling our house, we were very impressed with the photographs, marketing and the advice and support from Jack and Hannah to get us sold. Craig was amazing in keeping our buyer informed and engaged throughout a further 6 months of waiting for the chain to be completed which was a big relief. I have known Connells Kettering branch dating back 2015 and since then, never looked back. Excellent customer service, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. Very professional individual and have always provide the highest level of all-round services from sale through to property management that you would expect from high street estate agent. Please to say, Connells Kettering branch has become my number one stop for property purchase and management services. Addition to the letting team is Kasia, very knowledgeable and experienced letting manager. Always having positive outlook in any situation. We were told that we were the preferred tenants by an agent of Connells after driving 3 hours to view a property. We even discussed when we would come back with required documents. The agent promised to phone us back the next day - we rang twice and were fobbed off, Only to find out later that others had come in and raised their offer and we were not informed - dishonest and not representing their landlords best interest. I dealt with Paresh, the Mortgage Broker over the span of a few months to support with a mortgage application. Throughout my time in working with Paresh, I found him to be extremely helpful in advising and processing the mortgage application. He was receptive to my requirements and ensured the best product was selected based on the project needs. He was extremely efficient in responding to queries and followed up with relevant parties where appropriate to maintain momentum and a swift completion. We were struggling to sell a flat with other estate agents for months and months. Had given up but happened to find a house we loved with Connells. We explained that we had tried to sell our flat in the past but had failed. Connells introduced a potential buyer to my property, which he brought to let out, and as a result we were able to purchase the home we loved! Russell and Anele were particularly helpful in arranging the sale/purchase and Russell was able to chase solicitors for us towards the exchange date.
