GoogleWe were impressed by the customer service at Connells Kettering and their understanding of the realities of putting our house up for sale while working from home and having a young child. They suggested having open days where viewings were booked together and this made such a difference. Chelsea did a great job and was personable and available to answer any queries, she also made sure to feedback from clients after viewings.

GoogleCurrently at a critical point of selling my house through connells Kettering, we were due to exchange today only to be told that the person dealing with my sale is no longer with connells. Every time I call either no one answers the phone or you get a girl in lettings that just she doesn't do that and I will get someone to give you a call back, but no surprise they never do. From the very beginning it has been a nightmare, they forgot my viewing and didnt turn up so I showed the lady round who put the offer in on my house and since then there must have been six people deal with my house sale, when I eventually get through. Ive been left feeling very uneasy as we are so close and there seems to be no one in the business that knows whats going on and have no support to chase down the chain! Avoid at all costs!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleChelsea was really helpful over many weeks in marketing and working to find a buyer for our property.

GoogleHave to say Kasia who is the lettings manager there is absolutely fantastic. Shes helpful, supportive and was fabulous in finding us a tenant. When ever I called with a issue she was able to solve it and went beyond the call of duty, even calling on weekends and early evenings to make sure all was ok and to let me know how viewings went with the property. I have absolute no hesitation in recommending her and will use her and the agency again with other properties.

GoogleHave used many different estate agents now and Connells are by far the best. I had my house up for sale for 8 weeks with another agent, met Russell who then explained what was wrong. I signed contracts with him immediately, Posted the keys on the Thursday, He had the house sold on the Saturday. Outstanding. Extremely professional throughout. Want a job done properly, get hold of Russell at Connells.

GoogleVery happy with service provided. I dealt with mortgage adviser called Paresh Patel and he was not only extremely helpful, but very easy going and friendly. I would definitely recommend his services, he knows what is he talking about. Other than Paresh, people from Connells are very cool and down to earth, as I spent few afternoons there sorting my mortgage options out. Great company :) Many thanks
