I'm not one who has time for estate agents on the whole as they tend to waffle and receive at the first opportunity. With Oliver and his team this is not the case. Never have I found such a helpful individual which in our situation was very fortunate. My mother is over 91 and very frail. Oliver or one of his team popped by regularly and helped my mom deal with literally every aspect of her move. Tasks included assistance with paperwork, chauffeuring her to inspect her intended purchase, speaking to the conveyencers on her behalf to just popping around to have a cup of tea and reassuring her. The Kesgrave area has quite a high percentage of elderly folk and so when choosing an estate agent in how you are treated as a person should be a very important consideration. Don't look any further. No other estate agent come close. Once again a big thank you.
