Cannot recommend highly enough. Sami The kesgrave Haart manager is honestly an angel in disguise! We tried to sell for a while with the other kesgrave local estate agents and basically wasted 2 months with about 4 viewings. We gave it to Sami and within 2 weeks she had sold it for us. Our chain was awful due to other linked solicitors and estate agents but sami held it together and ran sales progression for the entire chain and without her, I dont think we would have ever moved. Sami went above and beyond for us when our moving day got called off at 5pm on the day, all our belongings were in the removals van and we had to go and camp in our empty house while it got sorted out. Sami lent us bedding and pillows etc and worked over time to make sure we could sleep somewhere and we were supported by her the whole time. Fantastic service and will not hesitate to recommend to everyone! her dedication to us made me feel like her only customer, not just a number.

Sold our house with the Kesgrave Haart team. I couldnt recommend them highly enough. They were on the ball, honest & reliable...always willing to answer any queries & help us anyway that they could. Sami was very knowledgable & approachable, she reasurred us after having a bad experience with another estate agent...she kept her word & made the whole buying/selling a much more positive one! 'Lottie' was also amazing...she kept us informed through every stage & nothing was too much trouble...communication was brilliant. I will start this review by saying that I was multi-agency at the beginning of our journey and one of the agents offered a FAR less expensive deal straight out of the gate - obviously I wanted to sell through them and save myself some cash!! However, once I started the process, Haart were a standout outfit and I soon realised why they charged more for their service; from their very proactive sales processes, FLINK marketing, their constant contact (making sure you are kept abreast of progress and next activity) to their after sales services...chasing the Lawyers on both sides, which is imperative when you need to exchange within a certain timeframe. It was also refreshing to deal with an Estate Agent who doesnt hard sell you at the start of the process when all you want is a little brain space to make decisions. I also spent some time in their office and this attitude to sales doesn't just extend the the seller. **SHOUT OUT TO CHARLOTTE ROBERTS** Lottie was the standout for me during this process and she ultimately sold my property. What a breath of fresh air she was during a stressful time! I was lucky enough to listen to her show my home to prospective buyers and it was effortless, she basically sells through service and understands that relationships are key to being successful. Thank you Haart Kesgrave (Sami and team) for just getting things done, you were amazing. Excellent care and service Our house had been on the market for a year. And disappointed by losing out on the desired new house (only because we didnt have an offer on current house), we were thinking to exit the process. That is when, a chance leaflet through the door brought us in contact with Haart The magical duo of Sami & Lottie completely turned the situation around. Not only did they perfectly grasp our requirements and pulled out of the hat an even more perfect new house; they also managed to get a credible offer on our home, in time, by generating the critical mass of home viewings with regular spikes of footfall through the door, all within 3-4 weeks !! Prior to signing a contract with Haart Kesgrave, I wasted 3 months with two other locally based Estate Agents - who proved to be very disappointing. But from the minute I signed with Haart, they hit the ground running. They were getting me multiple viewings from the get-go. They were available to assist with the viewings if required. They gave us feedback promptly. And I was quickly impressed by how proactive Samantha and Charlotte were. They know what buyers are looking for and are able to match their needs well against the properties for sale. Samantha and Charlotte work very well as a team. They always know what is happening at any given time and are excellent communicators. They do a vendor call around at least once a week to report progress and can answer any queries you may have. I cannot recommend the Haart Kesgrave team highly enough. They are focused, hard working, very supportive and they get results. The service level is 100% on point. Not only that, they are genuine and sincere ladies who will go the extra mile to sort out any problems in the chain. They have very good connections and know the market very well. My initial decision to use haart Kesgrave was due to their proximity plus I have purchased the property back in 2010 via the same agent. Sami, the Branch Manager, visited and viewed the property, took measurements, provided her marketing thoughts, etc and advised the fee, etc. Lotte visited to take photos and videos and then the property was on the market. There were numerous viewing and eventually a purchaser was found. I was confident the purchaser was genuine and could afford the property as haart require all purchasers to meet financial criteria. Despite the offer being less than I really wanted, I chose to accept the offer as it was a genuine one which had been verified and I didn't want the house I had identified as being my ideal house being sold to someone else. Yes I could have held out for more but I may have lost the sale and it may be months until another one could be found At every stage, Sami and Lotte were keeping me in the loop, were polite, kind and accommodating. It was a pleasure doing business with them and they have been part of my journey to downsize to a property I wanted and for my long term plans I would highly recommend Sami and Lotte they do work very hard for you and they are good people

My husband and I were looking to buy our first property and booked to go to an open house. From the very first enquiry, Lottie Roberts was extremely helpful and responded to all questions speedily- nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the open house, she was friendly and professional and offered to obtain answers to the questions that we had. Ultimately, that house wasn't for us and we found one through a different estate agent in the end- but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend haart based on the service that Lottie provided.
