Bobby was our assigned agent and was brilliant throughout, as were all the staff who were always on hand to help. Would highly recommend!

GoogleThe agency staff is brilliant, specially Owen H, he was always supportive from day 1 when i visited the property, guiding me through the process of documents and referal verification, even after i was accepted and moved in , still assisted when i lost my parcel (delivered to wrong address), or when i needed an electrician or a plumber , offered to send heaters in the winter time, always answering the phone even if it was weekend , i can only say Amazing support Thank you very much Owen and the rest of the team .I feel we are all a happy family 👪. I LOVE THE PROPERTY ....you made me a happy tenant !! GOD bless you All !!!

I received excellent valuation advice and guidance on how to prepare the house for sale from the Austwick Berry team - they really know the Kesgrave market. We received an asking price offer for the flat within the first week of it being on the market and the Austwick Berry team managed the sale and interactions with our buyer really well. They have been professional and proactive throughout, highly recommended!

GoogleHi all. I just wanted to post a warning to #Landlords about using #Austwick #Berry as #PropertyManagementAgents for rental properties. They let a pristine newly decorated flat to a tenant 4 years ago and I got back a hovel that required decorating throughout, new oven, extractor, shower cubicle etc etc because they had allowed it to get so disgusting that the mould, limescale, dirt, bodyfat etc had eaten into the fixtures and/or would not come off. They carried out only 3 six monthly checks in 4 years. These reports stated "consistent with use" under standard of housekeeping so I didn't look into or question if this was actually the case. I attached acouple of photos I took post-tenant of their opinion of "consistent with use" 🤢 They also do not report to you things that need fixing - apparently you have to "read the report" to find out for yourself. I have learned my lesson that sitting back and expecting the letting agency #austwick #berry to fulful their contractual duties was stupidity on my part but hey-ho - I trusted #austwick #berry to do the job they were paid to do without me checking up on them every 5 minutes - that's the point of paying them surely? If you look at the photo's bare in mind that 4 years ago there was not one iota of black mould/rust/discolouration of any sort, anywhere. In the agents words 4 years ago - it looks a million dollars.

GoogleMy wife and I have used Austwick Berry to sell two properties now, and we could not be happier with their customer service. Each time they have been very honest, supportive and considerate of our needs as customers, and always keep us informed on progress. They go above and beyond to help, are excellent communicators and made us feel like their priority even though they probably had many other customers selling properties that are far more expensive than ours! They also introduced us to a very professional and reasonable solicitor, and a very helpful mortgage broker who saved us thousands of pounds in interest on our mortgage. If we ever sell again, we will most definitely be using Austwick Berry, as in this day and age a reliable and honest estate agent is very hard to find!
