Amazingly smooth experience in a nutshell !! Strongly recommend Austwick Berry for finding your next home move, Harry Dack (who is also branch manager) was fantastic from the moment I enquired for house to rent near Woodbridge. He swiftly got me booked in for a viewing and once the application was chosen. Harry was very responsive to any questions I had, which made the whole process that little easier for me. As a bonus he went extra mile to arrange for a second viewing for my family. Thank you!

We can’t thank Austwick Berry enough for assisting us during our move! They're very strong on local knowledge and provided a number of excellent opportunities. I was looking for a home to move in with specific specifications in a specific area (!) and Maria called me straight away when she spotted such property of my choice was available. Viewing was arranged with Tony and few days later Bobby did a brilliant job in getting my offer negotiated and accepted. I must say Maria and Bobby have been excellent, professional, proactive and an absolute pleasure to deal. We got the lovely home we wanted which wouldn't have happened if they hadn't been so on the ball. Their communication was clear and responsive, and they were pro-active in solving any potential issues before they arose in order to make the transaction as straightforward as possible. We would definitely recommend them to anyone buying/selling a property in this area. Lewis was helpful and candid too, infact the whole team was excellent! They answered all of our questions from the beginning to the end, patiently guided us through the entire process and were very communicative throughout. Moving has always been a major headache as there is always something bound to go wrong but they made the whole process so smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Harriet for any of your rental requirements. Harriet made the process of enquiring, applying and moving in a breeze. Hannahs Homes was recommended to me by a friend who works in the same field. She has not disappointed. Hannah came to visit me for a chat about possibly managing my house let for me. I signed up with her straight away. She is warm & friendly & above all else, very honest & professional. Within a matter of days she had a viewing organised and within a week, tenants were signed up. Very disappointed that I was deducted £460 from my deposit from a property I had been renting since 2017 in Wilding Drive. I did not owe any rent, there was damage to a small carpet in the en suite I contacted Kesgrave carpets who quoted be £50 for fitting plus the price of the remnant. I would have been happy with that. I feel I cannot re commend Austwick Berry to anyone the deposit was important to me.

Tony Austwick and his team are absolutely SUPBERB on every level. I can honestly say they are the friendliest, most caring and professional team I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. As this is a family run Estate Agents as opposed to a large corporate business, I really feel that Austwick Berry go that extra mile. Whether you are selling or buying through them, Tony and his team are always on hand to give you support and advice through the entire process, helping to make it as stress-free as possible. Their rates are also much more reasonable than other local agents and they take a very fair and moralistic approach to the business of buying and selling houses. I highly recommend them if you want an excellent, hassle-free service.
