This review it to let you know that the New Ash Green Manager Jade Thorne is the most professional estate agent we have come across during our rollercoaster of a journey trying to move home. She is hard working, patient, informative, organised and efficient as an estate agent, as a person she is also kind, thoughtful, comforting and even though was wearing a mask had a lovely smile that you knew you could trust. Having had a stressful experience recently with a different Wards branch I stopped viewing houses up for sale with the company, but Jade has renewed my faith in people, I think she is an asset to the company.

The journey of our house sale

Branch manager (Kenny)visited us at home and valued the property. He explained how they would market the house, using personal and technological methods. He was obviously enthusiastic about his job. Full of vim and vigour and thoroughly personable. Got us the first viewing the following day- incredible !! The house was sold at full asking price within a weekFollowing the agreement to sell, our case was transferred to Kim Batchelor, the Senior Sales Co-Ordinator. She liaised tirelessly between seller/ buyer/solicitor/ surveyor/ mortgage company/ valuations to bring about a successful outcome for all concerned. Always available to answer queries and offer advice and reassurance EVEN WITHIN THE CONFINES OF THE COVID LOCKDOWN MEASURES.Due to our experiences with the Wards branch at Walderslade and the after -sales team, we would recommend them without reservation to anyone seeking to sell their property.Special mention and a big thank you to Kenny and Kim.

Difficult Sale due to Probate Problems.

I have had over 2 years of family problems regarding the sale of my late mothers' property. Throughout this difficult time Wards have been there, never chasing, never pushing but alalways caring. In particular I've had many conversations with Jodie Wyncoll who has always shown support for my predictament, she is very professional in her manner and thoughtful in her handling of my dilemma regarding the house sale. Wards of Strood are an amazing agent

Wards of Strood are an amazing agent. Abbie and Justin did everything to get my house sold within a week and Elle made sure that the process of pushing the sale through went smoothly and I was kept totally informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend these people, they are totally professional and know exactly what they are doing but at the same time, they have not lost that human touch that makes it easy to pick up the phone anytime and ask a question. Letting my property through Wards letting department

It was a couple of years ago I decided to purchase a property in canterbury kent where I lived and studied for many years and have so many memories. however, since I am living overseas, I was very much concerned about how to find a good state agent to help me with both buying and letting the property. The very first agent I discussed my situation was WORDS. The agents helped me to purchase the house I loved and then directed me to their letting agent manager Mrs. Abey Miles to whom I am very much grateful for her five stars professional direction to the numerous questions I put to her. Mrs. Miles has been my main letting agent and I wish to be with her for years to come. Finally, I would like to take the opportunity to thank her again for putting up with me during the process of letting the house. The experience have been a very good one from start to finish; Although, the process wasn't easy, but the staffs involved with our mortgage were excellent. The support given to us was unbelievable and this aid to the successful sales of our property. Georgina Gray and her team, whom is our mortgage broker was very good and highly experience. She worked tiredly to secure our mortgage. She was great throughout the process of our application and simple the best. Kim Batchelor was very supportive, approachable, she constantly re-assured us and update us on the progress of both the sales of our property as well as checking on the progress of our mortgage application. Again, Gary Snedden and all the staffs especially at Gillingham and Rehainam branch thank you very much for your help and support.

Excellent service from the Hythe branch. Helpful, approachable, intuitive and non judgemental.
