GoogleThey're quick into pressuring students to pay high fees and rent but when it's time to get back your deposit they ignore you and take their time.

When it's time for your deposit to be returned, we have to await the landlord's instructions on whether they will require any deductions, due to damages or other rectifications that need to be made. Hi Aline, We’re sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with our service as a guarantor. Our reservation fee is clearly stipulated when securing a property; in the terms and conditions when signing up to our website, on every property advert before submitting a viewing request, and in the majority of our automated emails. We are legally required to receive confirmation that every user who has signed up to our website understands these terms and accepts them before booking a property. Your daughter agreed to pay the booking fee to secure the property and from our understanding, she is still going ahead with it for the following academic year. We we pride ourselves on providing an affordable solution for students looking for student accommodation and believe our fees to be some of the lowest in the industry.
