(AMENDMENT) Just used Parris services to find me a new Tenant. Used for the third time now (September 2019). Not faltered one bit on quality of service. Very smooth transactions as always. GoogleThis is the third estate agent I have used and so far, the best. I think there is much to be said about using a smaller agent rather than one of the larger ones. Parris seem very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them from a landlord's point of view. My second year with them. Still very satisfied.

As a local company they knew the market well and best of all continued their professional service all the way through the process - including chasing up solicitors etc. when necessary!.
