GoogleParris are extremely professional in all respects. Always attended viewings. Received feedback after each one. Even though our sell took time to complete contact was always good. PS delays not due to Parris in any way. From our dealings with estate agents in the past Parris is the only one to do EACTLY what the promised to do. Highly recommended.

GoogleViewed a property and made an offer, only to then be told the landlord preferred a professional couple. A half day off work wasted.
We are sorry the landlord did not feel you were suitable for their property. We take exceptional care to not take any funds from tenants unless we are sure the landlord is happy to proceed with that tenant. Likewise, we take pride in placing landlord with good quality tenants and provide a high Level management service to our landlord, sometimes landlord decided whilst the property is already being marketed that they prefer a couple due to concerns about other rooms being sub let if it's a single person etc. As you can see, our reviews are of a high satisfaction rate, we do not go out of our way to cause anyone Inconvenience or indeed waste yours or our own time viewing properties to tenant we know the landlord won't accept. On placing your offer the landlord made us aware they would prefer a couple and from that point we only viewed the property to couples, the property is now let to a couple. GoogleCannot fault the service from the whole Team at Parris Residential. From putting our house on the market to post sale they were always happy to give sound advice. Did not live up to the reputation that estate agents have, they always did exactly what they said they would do. Would use again and recommend.
