Every step of the way was supported by Parris, they arranged everything for us, from a time considered open day all the way through to completion, so that we didn’t have to think about anything. We approached Parris as we had to sell our Mum’s home quickly as she had moved into a care home. From the very beginning Anita was amazing she fully understood our situation and worked with compassion and took a real interest in our situation. Once we knew the house needed to go on the market Anita worked quickly to arrange the sale with an open day and expected offers the following Monday. It took just 10 weeks to complete from the house going on the market which was amazing and with little stress for us. I would highly recommend everyone to use Parris and in particular Anita and I certainly would again if and when I sell my house without any hesitation.

Where do we start?? This is the best estate agent we have ever dealt with from start to finish. We had enquired about a property on a Friday and put our offer in on the Saturday. A week later we moved into our new home which would have not been possible without the wonderful help of Beth, Malcolm and Jessica. Beth had initially showed us around the property and gave us a detailed tour (she also recommended a wonderful Chinese place down the road). Beth was very welcoming and friendly. The next day we put our offer in with Malcolm who gave us excellent customer service throughout the whole process. Malcolm was very prompt at answering our queries and went above and beyond for us. Jessica had set up the documents for us and was very efficient and bubbly. Jessica had also answered our queries with ease. We bought our house from Parris more than 10 years ago. When Malcolm visited a decade later, he remembered the previous seller's name and even the colour which the walls had been when she sold - it's indicative of how much attention Malcolm, Anita and the team pay to their clients. When we decided to sell our home we asked the major local agents to come along and value the property and advise on how they would market the property and what fees they charge. Then we called Parris. It was a total non-brainer. Not only did they assure us that they could achieve the best price for our sale, they backed it up with a no tie-in contract; if at any time we wanted to take our listing to another agent they would release us from exclusivity. But it gets better than that: they listed for a flat fee which was way cheaper than the percentage deals which every other agent required. Their listing offering included a FREE 3d virtual Matterport tour of the property (only 1 others agency even offered a 3d online tour, and we would have to pay up front to have added it to our sale). Anita came around to make the photos and the Matterport tour. She came on Thursday afternoon. By Friday we had the listing available for our approval. Friday afternoon the listing went live. The next morning we had a day of viewings arranged. We received an immediate full-price offer. And that was via the agency which had assured us they would achieve the best price. Malcolm and Anita's communications have been exemplary: not only timely and informative, but friendly and good humoured. Not once have we felt pressured but they have managed us and our buyer brilliantly. On the day of exchange things started to get a bit tricky with someone down the chain. The solicitors weren't getting anywhere. Anita stepped in. Within a couple of hours we had exchanged. It really doesn't get better than that.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have sold and purchased property with Parris Residential and would highly recommend to friends and family. Parris also managed a rental property for me originally purchased through them 8 years ago. Anita and the team have always been extremely competent, professional and were always happy to help and offer advice. Parris dealt with the inspections, repairs, looked after the tenants and always kept me updated. It is difficult to find a good agent who can deal with sales and property management, however in Parris I can honestly say that Anita and the team have always delivered and been totally professional.

My 3 bed, 2 bath house in Bexleyheath sold through Parris in only 10 days earlier this year. Anita was incredibly understanding and accommodating about the photos as lots of work was needed prior to show the house off to its best. The open house was a huge success, facilitated by 2 brilliantly helpful, polite, professional agents and the negotiations after went very smoothly. Anita advised on our best option of buyer as we had multiple offers and as we had no chain our sale completed in just over 2 months.
