GoogleNever got back. Applied for so many houses for rent, during the weekday and never got a message back. When they do message back they ask for your details about other houses that we think we might like. Just poor responsive. We have put a couple of new properties on this week and have been astounded with the amount of enquiries, we have over 30 applicants for each property we have and are trying to get back to everyone in the order they come in. We had 5 days to get this done, we stressed to Kris how important this was to us and of course we know he's busy but he done the valuation and report in 24 hours baring in mind how busy the housing market was during the stamp duty holiday. GoogleUnfortunately, I had a bad experience with D.R at Motis Estates, Folkestone. It was just a waste of time, plenty of stress and disappointment because of the lies. The lady just kept the appointment for viewing to fullfil her duty because she knew the house was already gone. I expected honesty and reliability, but faced the opposite.

The communication, feedback and help I received from Jamie Hennessy and Jamie-Leigh Swan at all stages right through to exchange was absolutely amazing.
