We used Motis Estates to provide a RICS valuation for our re-mortgage application. I emailed Motis Estates and had a swift response and had my valuation booked in for a few days later. Kris was professional and thorough whilst completing the valuation and also adhered to the Government's COVID-19 guidelines. The report provided was accurate and was passed to the Mortgage team who requested more comparable properties which Kris completed within 24 hours. Fab service and great price. We found a brilliant property to rent and had to jump on it as not many of the size we were looking for often came up. The wonderful Ellie at Motis was brilliant. As we lived too far away, she went round and did a video walk-through of the whole property in detail. Then everything went through without a hitch. Ellie was very quick to reply to any questions on email or text. She was friendly, and we felt very confident in her. She managed the whole process like a pro. Now we have the keys, and we're very happy.

We recently sold our home with Motis Estates. They were absolutely brilliant throughout. Kris and Chris made the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible with clear communication from the very start, right up until completion. We were very dubious that with the current housing climate how well the house would do on the market expecting it to take a while to sell, however we had several viewings booked in and an offer at asking price within the first week. Chris thought outside the box, and used different platforms to advertise our property with great results. Their fees were very reasonable compared to other estate agents we looked at in the area. I would not hesitate to use Motis again. Thank you Chris & Kris!

Me and my wife first met Ellie when she was showing us a property in folkestone. Upon meeting her she was very polite and courteous and seemed very happy which always makes it easier on the customers. When she took us inside the property she was very very thorough and gave us a very detailed viewing of the place and new alot about the property so we got a great understanding of the place because of her hard work, she also did not rush us which was lovely to be able to do so we could see everything. When we decided to go through with the property she was helpful every step of the was and I was calling alot, she was always contactable, and got back to us very quickly and was so helpful on the phone or via emails which made things run a lot smoother. I would just like to add that we have been through house moves before and never have we had somebody so helpful this was really nice. Simply appalling. I called last week to request a viewing, never received a confirmation so I called again today and was promised a call back from someone which never happened. What can I say about Motis estates... They are honestly fantastic. 2021 was a really bumpy year for us attempting to buy our first house. It wasn't until we viewed a couple of houses with Jaymie and Meghan from Motis that things started to look up for us. Jaymie is really helpful and knowledgeable, Meghan is superb and possibly the most efficient, kind and lovely estate agent we had the pleasure to deal with on our house buying journey! From start to finish Meghan was absolutely amazing. I honestly can't recommend Motis Estates enough.
