I cannot recommend Miles & Barr enough, in particular Ross Newman in the sales team. I have been dealing with different estate agents in Folkestone since April, and this agency has been the best. Ross is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I will keep recommending Ross and the team to colleagues, friends, and family. It has been such a relief to be able to let my guard down and trust the information I am receiving along with some really great advice. Huge thanks from me.

We’re almost finished with the process of buying a house through Miles & Barr Folkestone, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everyone we’ve interacted with from the team has been warm, friendly, professional, and actually knowledgeable about their properties (unlike the majority of agencies we have been on viewings with). A shoutout particularly to Georgina, the agent who showed us the property we are purchasing, and Emily, who has been our progressor. They’ve both been extremely friendly and helpful. Georgina had a lot of knowledge not only about the properties she showed us, but also about the area in general. Emily has been great about keeping all the different parts of the process moving without being pushy, and has been extremely efficient and responsive to all calls and questions. Jade, solicitors side of my house sale and whom I was in contact with regularly was incredibly patient, helpful, continuously tried to help me with progression of my needs as I was particularly not good with digital, online communication, but she did anything she could to help me. Miles and Barr, estate agents in Dover, who together with solicitors were just absolutely amazing. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism, kindness and from start meeting Ashley, who was incredible, truly understood my predicament, offered help from himself and his amazing team at Miles and Barr, introduced me to Flori, whom also went beyond her job to help me, truly genuine in all her actions, in more ways than I can describe. A fantastic property manager

The staff are very helpful

The branch staff are very helpful, polite and friendly and have had a positive experience with them during viewings and when I came into branch to ask questions. Denise who has been dealing with our move has been very good at answering all our questions and we had a lot as first time buyers.She is also really cheerful and down to earth, so has made the whole process feel less intimidating! The process was broken into manageable steps so would recommend for first time buyers to go with M&B Canterbury as they have made it less overwhelming for us. It helps they worked alongside our solicitors, PLS, who they got in touch with us. I believe this made the process more smooth and less stressful.
