They halfheartedly apologised at the end by which time I wished I'd never even raised it. If possible avoid this company.

When the boiler failed just before exchange of contracts, they sourced a local plumber to resolve. Their progress chaser, Debbie, kept me fully informed (and sane!) throughout the process.
