Miles & Barr were the estate agents we purchased through. Suzanne at the Ramsgate branch went above and beyond to keep us updated as to what stage we were at and was always at the end of the phone or email to answer any questions we had. She also chased up all solicitors involved in the move, more than my own estate agent! Would 100% recommend. 5*

We have just sold a small flat with M&B - the offer was put in last August (2020) but there were a lot of issues that complicated the sale. Shelley Webster (Sales Progressor) did a fantastic job of keeping everything together and saved the Deal on many occasions and is a true professional. M&B, in my humble opinion, have an excellent communicationsetup and we would use them again.

Poor communication skills, assign you a person to correspond with, you here nothing. Normal reply on phone we will message them they will get back to you ! Guess what nobody gets back to you. If they recommend a solicitor to you ! You will find them more expensive and quite useless slow slow in every way

I am impressed by the way Milles and Barr attended quickly to me. After I decided that I wanted the house, Kerrie Bruner attended to me and helped make my contact with the Landlord quicker (met him within 2 days of showing my interest in the property) She also assisted with my application for referencing. She is nice and replies emails quickly.
