GoogleWhen we decided to sell our family home we decided to shop around but I wasn't impressed... As soon as I talked to Mr Sugarman from Acorn I knew we were in good hands. he was determined to get us a fair and realistic price. He had good awareness of current market value and movement. We hit a few hiccups our end and our estate agent was extremely patient, he defiantly went the extra mile. Selling or buying a house can be very stressful but Mark Sugerman did his utmost to smooth things along. I can not rate his input highly enough , I think selling or buying he will be all in .

GoogleWe could not recommend Acorn Estate Agents highly enough. We have been astounded at the professional level of service each and every member of the team have provided. The Rainham office have looked after us from start to finish, going the extra mile to ensure our very difficult chain got through to exchange after a very long 6 months! Scott, Jamie and Mark in particular have been superb. Josh Sladden, sales Progressor, then took over and we have never had to chase once. He has done an amazing job, great diplomacy skills, calm under pressure, absolutely brilliant. We've been kept fully up to date at all times. We can't thank them enough, Acorn is certainly lucky to have such professional, experienced employees.

GoogleMark, Jamie, the whole of the Rainham Kent office alongside with Jo, Abbie and Nayab from start-right financial services have delivered nothing less than a 5 star service for our family. From the offset, Mark assured me we’d be in good hands and he kept true his word. We didn’t always have the easiest of streets through the ever challenging housing market journey but Acorn were always there reassuring and guiding us, and pushing when needed to make sure we’d get across that finishing line. We are now in our new home and forever thankful to the Rainham branch for taking the weight of moving to make it as easy as possible for us. They truly went above and beyond. GoogleThe service I have received from Acorn in selling both my own house and my mother’s has been outstanding. Mark, in particular has been so helpful, he has gone above and beyond to help us and is a delight to work with. Honorable mention also to Jamie and Josh. I have been kept informed at every stage and the phone is always answered promptly and by a human! I definitely recommend Acorn; selling two houses at once hasn’t been easy but the task has been made so much easier by the excellent service provided.
