GoogleI had a great experience with Acorn. From day one with Mark all the way through to completion. Knowledge and communication was great and they were very proactive in progressing my sale. Great team approach. Remmi was equally brilliant and we achieved the completion date we were pushing for. In some prior experience Estate agents have acted as post boxes. Mark, Remmi and everyone I spoke to at Acorn added value and pushed for the best outcome. Thank you

We have just completed on a house sale that had previously fallen through twice but the effort from Acorn to get it over the line this time has been unparalleled. GoogleAcorn Estate agents carried out the process of selling my property. Being honest started fantastic lots of viewings ! Booked followed up and feedback given . Weekly updates without hesitation. Came to having the sale agreed all great. But from the sales progression it fell I’m afraid, calls promised back that day never happened. Always chasing for updates. Seemed to be acting more for the buyer not the vendor. Our solicitor was great but feel the middle person “ sales co-ordinator” was non existent. When finally property was exchanged found this out first from our solicitor not one call from Acorns to say finally exchanged! On day of completion was busy moving in and finally had a call to say you’ve completed , a little late .. to say I feel….. the start was great but sadly went down hill from then onwards …

GoogleAfter having no success with an online agent, I signed up with Mark at Acorn and he and his team, especially Kieran, were brilliant from start to finish! Communication was excellent and when the sale fell through due to my buyer's buyer pulling out last minute, they also took on marketing their property and the whole chain completed within 6 weeks! Highly recommended.

GoogleI found my experience of working with Kieran very professional and efficient. He made the process of buying our next property seamless and straightforward by taking all of the pressure out of the transaction with his exceptional service. All question asked via email were responded to promptly and it was easy to engage with him over the phone as he is very approachable and pleasant to speak to. Overall, I experienced a really good client journey and will not hesitate in appointing him again in any future transactions.

GoogleThese guys are fast, effective and proffesional! Sold my house within a matter of weeks for a price I was looking for. I would like to say a huge thanks to all the team but especially Mark and Jamie whom I have had most communication with, they are both very friendly, reliable and good at what they do. The purchase had been problematic for various reasons, but was helped significantly by the progression team for their persistence and patience with the other parties involved. GoogleWow, what can I say. Scott the manager was very friendly when I first thought about selling my house, I got a flyer through the door. He explained everything to me. Kept in contact with me all the time. We had many viewers interested in the property. William was friendly when he attended the house and showed viewers around, he could not have done enough. Have sold houses before but not sold within a week on the market. Have already recommended someone. So if you are thinking of selling or buying a property look no further...
