Very friendly contact via email with Abbie Greisman. My explicit request not to use my data for any marketing purposes was simply ignored though. We send agreed on a date for a viewing, for which I received an appointment reminder on 13/07. But nobody showed up at the property, and the error wasn't even acknowledged; Abbie referred to a much earlier email exchange from 09/07 though, suggesting that it was all our fault. Poor.

This review has taken me a while to write because the experience we had with both Winkworths and the landlords was incredibly disappointing. As tenants, we genuinely felt we were treated very poorly.
Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We were surprised to see this, as our understanding was that we'd parted on good terms following this matter as a landlord deciding not to proceed is out of our control and we remained in contact throughtout and after the rental fell through. As background, the property was originally marketed for sale. When a sale did not proceed, it was let instead, and tenants (yourselves) were found. Some months later, a previous viewer of the property returned with an offer to purchase, which we were legally obliged to put forward, and which the sellers accepted. This meant the letting could not go ahead as planned, which we appreciate was a frustrating outcome. We remained in contact throughout and understand any funds involved were returned in full. We're sorry this experience fell short of your expectations, but we do believe we acted fairly and transparently given the circumstances at the time. I cannot recommend Aaron and his team highly enough - they are first rate, professional, knowledgeable and dependable. Any issues were ironed out quickly and Aaron went above and beyond to find a solution that left tenants, landlord and buyer happy. Aaron is extremely responsive, practical and a delight to deal with. I have dealt with other local agents over the years and Aaron is head and shoulders above the rest. He knows the market inside out and I wouldn't hesitate in renting my property with his team again.

Recently rented out my flat in Kensal Green with Winkworth Kensal Rise and am very happy with the service provided by Aaron Priscott and his team, from the initial consultation through to the tenants moving in. They are extremely professional and have a great knowledge of the market. They were able to get over the asking price (which I was definitely sceptical of), and provided me assistance with preparing the flat for renting as required. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Winkworth Fulham has been deeply disappointing. Shortly after moving into a property in mid-October, I discovered that construction noise from the ground floor was unbearable, making it impossible to study or rest. This construction, as confirmed by workers, had started months earlier, yet this critical information was never disclosed to us before signing the tenancy agreement.When I raised this issue, Winkworth not only denied knowledge of the construction but also showed no intention of helping resolve the matter. At a meeting I attended, I was faced with three representatives who seemed solely focused on defending the company’s interests rather than addressing my concerns. The lack of empathy, understanding, and professionalism in handling this situation has been shocking.I cannot recommend Winkworth based on this experience. Transparency and support for tenants are basic expectations, and unfortunately, Winkworth failed on both counts.

My agent, Thomas Syms, really understood what I was looking for very quickly and was able to suggest some suitable properties. He was also able to suggest some really good properties that were not what I thought I would like but were actually a very pleasant surprise! I engaged the Leigh on Sea branch to sell my late Mum’s flat, the market at the time was depressed, thanks to Liz and Kwazi, so I decided to rent it out for six months, the letting side were excellent, thanks Lucie, if anything needed doing to the flat they told me what was needed and saw that it was carried out swiftly.The eventual sale was tortuous, thanks in no small part to the freeholders solicitor and the directors operating in a parallel universe, but Winkworth settled the buyers nerves and the deal was done. From the outset, they were incredibly efficient and kept everything moving at a pace that made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Things progressed quickly, but never at the expense of clarity - I always felt informed and supported. Aaron is totally different from other letting agents. He goes above and beyond to be helpful and works incredibly hard at building relationships with landlord and tenant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his team. It is very rare to find someone who goes above and beyond but Aaron does. I'd also like to praise Stanislava for her excellent administration of the process. As a landlord I will definitely be using them again. She was incredibly helpful, insightful, supportive and successful in meeting our needs. Total commitment to customer service at all stages and went above and beyond in every way. GoogleWe recently moved to Ladbroke Grove from Australia. Jason and Louise were marvelous, and made the difficult experience of an international move as easy as possible. They organized video showings of the flat and answered questions promptly and clearly. They were also really principled and and truthful -- we always had the sense that we were being treated fairly. Since we moved in, they've checked to see that things were going smoothly, and ensured that things were on track. They're also really nice people. All in all, they have made the stressful experience of an international move really smooth -- maybe even pleasant :)

I’ve used Winkworths for many years with no complaints. They found nearly 30 people to go and view my rental property which had been recently renovated and found new tenants very quickly. All along the way, they sorted out the paperwork, inventory inspection, references etc. Aaron, my contact at Winkworths, did his best to make sure not only I was happy but also the tenants. Efficient, professional and always kept me updated how things were going. As a landlord, I would highly recommend Winkworths.

We rented a property via Winkworth (Kensal Rise) for a period of almost three years. Fraser and Aaron assisted us with the search for the flat and Michael was our point of contact for all things maintenance and beyond. The process of finding the property at the outset was seamless - Winkworth were excellent. Throughout the three year period, the flat was not without its usual issues (boiler etc). Michael was a dependable contact and took responsibility for gaining the relevant consents/approvals from the landlord/lady and subsequently ensured service providers completed the work to schedule and with minimal disturbance. He really did make the renting process so much easier.Finally, when we wanted to depart from the flat, Aaron ensured that our interests were considered and was the point of contact between us and the landlord/lady. Through great management, we were able to come to a mutually beneficial arrangement. Again, Michael also kept us well informed of and was transparent about the departure process. If you are looking for a professional, personable and reliable agent, choose Winkworth (Kensal Rise).
