I am so glad I chose S&P to sell my large Georgian home. I have a long history of buying and selling houses so I almost expected the pitfalls and inefficiency that have become predictable from other agents. However, S&P's Consultant Gina Simpson made it a very short and pain-free process. I am sure behind the scenes she worked very hard, but for me her no fuss, no headache, and professional approach made it all go orderly and smoothly to its conclusion. Her negotiation skills on our behalf meant we ( she ) achieved almost the asking price in a home that is so unique it could easily have stuck around on the market if left to other agents' middle-of-the-road efforts.Gina is empathetic, full of great ideas and initiative for overcoming hurdles and is also very personable and pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend S&P to anyone at any level, but in particular for high-end properties.

GoogleJames Gow and James Boulton-Lee are a fabulous team. They facilitated the sale of my family home at an aggressive price in an awful market. We 'beauty-paraded' all the Agents in Kensington who unanimously suggested we list the house at 30% lower than we wanted; in the hope that this starts a bidding war. LOL. A rediculous idea when dealing in the High-End property market. Turns out we got 95% of the asking price. They're bloody good theses guys! Would use again.

They are clearly Masters in the field of real estate and went way beyond what I had expected of an agent and made selling our house an absolute pleasure rather than a chore. We were very happy with the service provided by Amy and Hamish who were always responsive and helpful, meeting as necessary to discuss next steps and how best to respond to a changing sales market. Sadly our experience hasn't been great with Strutt & Parker.Here is some honest feedback about our experience!1. Promises and deadlines for marketing our property were undelivered2. The photo shoot was that bad we had to appoint our own photographer.3. Once a viewing was booked we'd spend hours preparing our property to look its best and after the viewing we'd receive zero feedback.This was on the selling side only.Ref the purchasingWe were in a chain whereas both properties were marketed by Strutt and Parker. The vendors of where we were purchasing decided they couldn't find anywhere suitable after we'd spent £2500 on legal fees. If this was not bad enough we were even more mortified when Strutt & Parker willingly re-marketed the property just a few months later for £50k more without even consulting us first.This will be costly to Strutt & Parker going forwards as we are property developers in the area, and they could have generated a lot more business from us, however we have gone with another agent who will be selling 5 properties for us in the first instance.

With an overseas vendor and in the middle of a covid lockdown they proved excellent brokers and the sale wouldn’t have happened without their input. I hope we are in our house for a long time but if I was ever to sell or looking for something new then they would be my first call, highly recommended!

We had been looking to move home for the past 18 months and struggled to find the perfect property which met our family’s needs. We've dealt with Caroline Clark twice over the past year and we are truly disgusted with her manners. Very unprofessional and abrupt, cannot wait to get rid of you!Do not waste your money doing reference checks with her, she's not open and honest about what the landlord will and will not accept. You will pay for the reference only to discover that there's some reason that you can't be accepted as a tenant. Her one-liner emails are very impersonal. She forgets that she's made an appointment for a house viewing and has kept us waiting at a property while she casually drives up without an apology. The worst customer service ever. Disgusting.

Without going into details, we were becoming downhearted and depressed about selling our house and buying a new place. Then, by great fortune we came across Strutt and Parker, and Gina Simpson in particular. Gina has what is nowadays the rare quality of inspiring trust, and it’s the lack of trust that makes house buying / selling so hard these days. From the outset Gina has been positive, and calming when our nerves were shredded. Her advice throughout has been invaluable, and she’s been there for us at anytime, without ever making us feel that we were pestering. We can strongly recommend Gina Simpson at Strutt and Parker.

Excellent service from start to finish. Olivia has been amazing and quite frankly instrumental in facilitating our flat purchase. She is extremely knowledgable about all aspects of properties and has been very helpful in putting us in touch with experts regarding certain areas to get quotes/reports/surveys etc. Based on our experience I can highly recommend S&P and Olivia in particular as she has certainly been very accommodating and always going the extra mile to get things done.

We nearly went with Purple Bricks to save us some money, what a mistake that would have been!!Not only was the entire process stress free, with Victoria and team always on hand to answer (unlike horror stories I've heard from other well known firms!), it's fair to say the expertise from Strutt Parker made up for the financial saving AND SOME tenfold, due to being able to market our property personally, to a tailored audience of ready to buy clientele who gained more on our sale price than any basic Rightmove listing could ever acheive.

Making life changing decisions cannot be easy - but once we found our dream home I was surprised at how easy everything fall into place with the support of Gina Simpson from Strutt & Parker. Even though we were the purchaser I felt that Gina gave good advice and helped us to stay on track and to realise our dream location. I felt Gina was reliable, honest and a true professional. My summer vacation is now sorted - it's a staycation in the new garden!
