Sophia Fuller, Farren Mitchell and team in the Suffolk branch were absolutely fantastic! We had used several estate agents before who were not comparable to this standard of professionalism at all. The team at Strutt and Parker - lead by Greg on my property - were excellent all the way through the process. Key was excellent communication - calls were always picked up or immediately returned. They followed up closely with lawyers on all matters. A steady stream of good quality purchasers were originated. Edward Thomson of Strutt and Parker is the real deal in a tank full of sharks in the London real estate market. His advice when I bought a short-lease apartment in Cadogan Place was invaluable. I have since gone on to refurbish the property and extended the lease to create some real value. I’d trust Ed, whether on the buy or sell side. Execellent service as selling agents for our W8 house. The service we received from James Gow and his team was fantastic, highly professional and showed their depth of the market and the sale process from start to finish. From advising us on timing, price and presentation at the start we were able to present the property in its best light to achieve an asking price offer in a difficult market. James led the process up to exchange and completion by keeping all parties up to date on issues and assisting in negotiating solutions acceptable to the buyers and ourselves. This was valuable to keep up momentum on the sale. We thought the information flow was perfect - a whatsapp group with up to date feedback on all viewings, weekly updates and phone calls for the important issues.
