GoogleBe very careful with this agency. they are thieves and scammers. they will ask you to pay to secure the room. Then they will drag you through the process asking you for all kinds of documents. at the end they will tell you that you failed the referencing. I can show you all own exchange. I’m a victim of their practice.

GoogleMind the Flat we're fantastic i rented off them for 11 months move in and move out process was very smooth they put up with my silly questions always helpful and happy made me feel comfortable and given the opportunity i would rent off them again :)

GoogleThe staff are kind and friendly. However I got charged from my deposit for, according to them, stains that were on floor. Those stains were there from the day one and I tried many times to clean it.NegativeQuality

Dear Junior, We are sorry to hear of your feedback regarding our services. With regards to the issues regarding your deposit, when you originally checked into the property, you were provided with a check in inventory which contained photos of your room taken prior to your check in. As per our standard procedure, you were given 5 days to provide us with any pictures of your room that we may have missed in order to address any discrepancies, as this was not provided, we assumed that the inventory provided was satisfactory. If you are unhappy with the charges made, your deposit is held with a custodial scheme (DPS) therefore we strongly advise you to dispute your charges with DPS as they provide a free and impartial dispute service that will be able to address any concerns you have subject to providing them with the required evidence. In addition to this we also acted promptly for any call outs you reported even through there was a full lockdown in place as we were keen to assist you during a difficult time, which is also why we allowed for you to stay with a friend when you had moved in. On a separate note, we are happy to hear that you enjoyed communications with our team and it was always a pleasure speaking with you and help where we could. All the best with your future endeavour.

We have always done our upmost to meet both yourself and your flat mates needs which has been shown by our consistency in responding to your reports and having our maintenance team organize any repairs required as soon as we possibly could in order to make your stay more enjoyable. We are also sorry to hear of your discontent with regards to your deposit. When you originally checked into the property, you were provided with a check in inventory which contained photos of your room taken prior to your check in. Please note that your mattress was heavily stained once you had checked out and your mattress was brand new when you first checked into the property. If you are unhappy with the charges made, your deposit is held with a custodial scheme (DPS) therefore we strongly advise you to dispute your charges with DPS as they provide a free and impartial dispute service that will be able to address any concerns you have subject to providing them with the required evidence. GoogleWORST HOUSE I'VE EVER SEEN!!! The house was in horrible condition, not at all like advertised. London conditions are bad as it is but this was something I've never seen before, house was falling apart, rodents and other pests everywhere
