GoogleI have seen 1 bedroom flat ad on Facebook. Submit a form for viewing. They reach me by whatsapp. Then i realised it's not flat only a room. They cheating people with wrong advertisement. I will not leave to follow this. it is clearly cheating the people. So poor mind..

Dear Ugur, I hope to find you well. I am sorry to read you review, but as per my colleague explanation from the letting department it is a bug from Facebook side of which we have absolutely no control of. As you can clearly see on our website the same room is advertised as a double room. We did not invite you for a viewing and then told you it was a double room once you got to the property or made an offer. We immediately told you and apologies for the inconvenience which is out of our control as due to technical issues from an external company. We have also offered you a 1 bedroom in the same area, for a slightly higher budget. Once again, apologies for any inconvenience caused. We wish you all the best of luck in finding your new home in Fulham for your chosen price. All the best Mind the Flat team

GoogleVery very nice agency, They helped me a lot to find a good place to stay. The team is very nice and they were very kind about all my needs! I highly recommend this agency, I knew nothing about housing in London and they were able to help me as needed, plus one person spoke French which is a big plus!

GoogleTerrible service, they try to put pressure on you to sign, and try to steal the holding deposit in 3 days, although by law is 15 days the room booked.... Terrible people, disgusting treat, abusing.... Really the worst agency I seen in 9 years in UK. Not recommend even to my worst enemy. Room 44 Camplain house w127qn experience.

GooglePoor maintenance. They take 35 pounds from each tenant at the end of tenancy for cleaning but the flat was absolutely not clean when I moved in. Definitely not worth the money.NegativeQuality, Value

Hello Sunidhi, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service. Unfortunately, the small fee removed from your holding deposit is necessary for cleaning and maintenance after each tenant’s occupation, especially during COVID, and was agreed with you in your tenant agreement. As we had not heard from you about any cleaning or maintenance issue during your staying, we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied, and would have loved the opportunity to rectify this had you let us know. Having said this, we are very sad to see you do not rate our service and help overall, as we were under the impression we had helped you considerably with your needs. You came to us to request we release you from your contract prematurely, which was binding until February 2022 as you wished to move out of London. We were happy to help and even helped you find a replacement tenant for the room, despite the fact that we were under no legal or contractual obligation to do so and did anyway as we recognised your situation. Since you had requested our help we were keen to assist in every way possible, and delivered on this assistance for your desired outcome. In light of this, we are sad to hear that you do not recommend the help and service we gave you above and beyond requirement. Regardless, we wish you the best going forward and good luck in your new home city. - Mind the Flat Team

GoogleWe've had mixed experiences with this agent. Generally responsive and friendly staff. However, we've had issues with the shower in our apartment that were not solved throughout tenancy. Further, when moving out, we were asked to pay the full amount of replacement cost for furniture that had been subject to normal wear and tear. This is after we had already replaced another piece of (cheaply made) furniture that had simply fallen apart during normal use. Update: After 4 months, the replacement cost issue is still not resolved.

GoogleThieves and scammers. Pay close attention to this agency. They are very cheerful and available at first but as soon as they have your money, they will never give it back to you. They tempt you with nice rooms to rent but as soon as you pay, the trouble begins. They are simply thieves and their technique is well established. Avoid at all costs
