GoogleThe worst experience ever, 5 days with no hot water, someone just walked in my room while im sleeping without even asking.they increase rent twice a year.also they need to communicate between each other as i use to receive emails or calls regarding the same things from different agents.

GoogleRented from these people, horrific experience. A non smoking property had people smoking both weed and tobacco in it from day one. Despite numerous reports and people coming round saying the place stank, they did nothing. Highly unimpressed, would stay away from them if I were you!

HI Lesley, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear of your concerns regarding our safety measures. Following your email to us regarding your concerns about your flatmates behavior, we were in immediate contact with all occupants to ensure that under no circumstances should your room be entered without your permission. In addition to this, we did a thorough background check on any of our staff, contractors or any other potential visits that may have occurred in your room but were able to confirm that no one had entered your room. Despite our swift action regarding your concerns, we understood that you did not feel content with continuing your stay in the flat, which is why we proceeded with offering you multiple different properties that you could internally move with us. Unfortunately, after viewing these with my colleague, we did not hear a response from you regarding your wishes to take up any of the offers we provided to you and have since been residing in the flat, which is why we have assumed that you were happy to continue residing in your property. We do apologize for the inconvenience you may have been caused and hope to be of continued help and support throughout the remainder of your tenancy with us.
