We always tried our best to help where we could and always met your requests with prompt actions. Also, we allowed for you to have guests at the property with no additional costs and did our upmost to support you during your check out from the property such as offering you a refund for any overpaid rent should we have found a new tenant to take over occupancy of your room. Dear Isra, we are sorry to read your review, as per your email received on the 6th of June 2017 in which you acknowledge and agreed a part deduction for the damaged made to your mattress and small fee for cleaning check-out as clearly stated in our terms and conditions that you signed at the beginning of your tenancy agreement. You deposit was refunded on the same day as soon as we received your confirmation. Please feel free to contact us, if you wish to discuss it further. We wish you a peaceful stay in your new flat.
