GoogleTrying to fix something in here takes ages. They changed something in the heating (which was working perfectly) without permission and now we don’t have any heating/ hot water. Speaking with the lady through the phone; she told me what to do(¿) nothing changed at all, after that told me if the plumber is coming and fixing it in the same way I am going to get charged… SHAME!!!!PositiveQuality

We aim to provide a happy and fair experience for all tenants, so we are sorry to see that you have been unhappy and changed your mind. When you told us you were having problems with the heating we were very keen to help. We have been working with contractors who found no problem with the heating or water in the flat, and had fixed the temperature to a higher 23 degree constant to help with your concern that the flat may be too cold. Hoping that you might find this new temperature more comfortable, our considerations also include avoiding increasing bills and causing extra charges for you and your flatmates. We believe we set a temperature to keep you all warm and also prevent excessive costs on your behalf, and to take consideration of the environment. It is a shame to hear you are still dissatisfied with the service, as it does not reflect the conversation you had with our colleague Amaan, and your request to further renew your tenancy until February 2022. Regardless of any miscommunication, we truly regret that you have been unhappy with our service, and hope that your continued stay with us is happy and homely. GoogleMind the gap team has been very professional and transparent. We had a group of 3 young guys who drove us crazy and finally never moved in. If we didn't use the agency we would have rent the property with them and most probably went into more trouble. I believe these people are actually the ones behind the only one-starred comment by Viktoria. Doggy people who stalked us at the property too. We are glad we follow the agency's advices. From our experience, any other agency would have close the deal just to get their commission, while Mind the Flat honestly suggested not to do it in our own interest. And they finally found a lovely tenant.

Mind the flat is a great and very professional agency. They guide you through the entire process of renting a room so that they make it very smooth. Amaan and his Team are always happy to help and prompt in replying. They can sort out very quickly any issues that might arise in the flat. I have been a MTF tenant for the past years and had great experience renting with them. It is now time for me to vacate to move to another city but I would like to thank them for the amazing service provided. Highly recommended

GoogleAbsolutely the worst agency I came across. They have put me in a room with a bed bugs in it. Took them weeks before I got new beb and only because I said I would go to report them to the cauncil. They dont care about issues you have at the propery, garden never gets done, you have to ordr rubbish bins as there where no at the property, they try to still your deposit making exuses for cleaning even though the room was left clean and moped. AVOID AT ALL TIME!!!

GoogleIf I could give Mind the Flat more than 5 stars, I would. The level of customer service exceeds my expectations. All staff are super friendly and helpful and have always been super supportive to me and my sister. My sister and I have had our fair share of working with incompetent companies (they shall remain nameless) and to work with Mind the Flat, is such a breath of fresh air for us. I always have high expectations and Mind the Flat, have met those expectations and more! To all the Mind the Flat staff, thank you. GoogleI had heard about Mind the Flat a couple of years ago from friends who used their services as tenants and who were very satisfied with the level of expertise and professionalism that this young company has. When my BTL Flat became vacant in 2021 I decided to reach out to them and ask for their assistance with rental and management. My flat needed an extensive refurbishment at the time and the company carried all the works needed within a reasonable time and at an affordable budget. They were also quick to find me reliable tenants and they took care of the management from bills to gas certificates etc. If I have to choose one thing to describe Mind the Flat it would be the fact that they deliver. I was given a step by step plan of action and they took care of executing each step with care and within the timeframe expected. They definitely like what they do that’s why they are very good at it.

GoogleMy partner and I moved in less than a week ago and have experienced the usual minor teething problems anyone would get with a new property. The lettings agent and landlord have been absolutely amazing. Everytime we have contacted them they have helped straight away without any kind of delay. They are extremely professional and I can honestly say that they are the best lettings agent we have been with. I would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleExcellent service, they are all very professional and they always try to do their best to find the perfect solution for their costumers. I have decided to move from my house in Hammersmith and Mind the Flat showed me several cozy properties and finally I have found the most suitable for me. GoogleGreat professionalism, efficient communication and transparency (with contract/invoices/receipts). I had to find an accommodation in very short notice and MTF was able to propose a room, arrange a viewing and finalize the contract within a week. After 3 months of tenancy, the only issue I had was to wait for a month to get a plumber intervention (summer time). Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleGood experience with the team, maintenance is taken care of on time (almost always). There were some issues with WiFi which took a while (and many emails) to get fixed, but everything else was handled quickly and professionally. Would recommend!

They stole my deposit. I made an offer for a flat that should have had all bills included and they asked me a 1 week deposit to reserve the flat while they were preparing the contract. They then sent me a contract where water and electricity were covered only in part and refused to change it and seized my money.

GoogleMind The Flat team is responsive to emails of tenants and tries to get things fixed very soon after issues are reported (most of the time). Overall, I'm happy with their service and I will consider renting with them again if I need to stay in the area where they have associated accommodations.

GoogleTerrible, cheap, estate agency, these guys are horrible when it comes to moving out. The aggressive way their customers is a joke. They treat you with little respect and try to throw legal terms at you to deter you and make you pay any fees they can get their grubby hands on. I would not recommend anyone uses this company to rent or lease their property. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Dear Michael, We are sorry to read this review. We understand that you are frustrated that your demand to end your contract early has been refused, however the terms of the agreement were explained to you before you signed the contract and on our side we believe we are fulfilling those terms and expect you to do the same. We pride ourselves in being transparent and explain all the details of the contract to our tenants in order to avoid confusion and disputes. Your contract clearly stated the earliest date you can leave the property, and all we have done is stuck by the contract that both parties have agreed to, it is important that both parties uphold the agreement as that is why it is in place. On the other hand, we did not appreciate you being rude and verbally abusive to a valued member of our staff who was simply doing his job and explaining to you the details of your contract. We treat all our tenants with respect and we expect the same in return. Once again we are sorry to read such a review, however, we must all respect your tenancy agreement and honoured what’s has been signed. GoogleBe careful about this guys. Worst agency in my life. Never again even I must sleep on street! Give short agreement to every renewal increase the price. 5 months waiting to cut grass, more then one year complains about fridge, not repairs, not refreshing house while living for 3 years. After they lie about renovation house and give section 21 just for rised price for new people's. Liars and unprofessional not recommended!!!
