Elisabeth Ppasa has been my property manager for a while and previous to her I had a couple of others. She is by far the best one, very professional and courteous and friendly and always replies on time and always is there to lend a hand when I need help with something. I really hope that she remains as my property manager for as long as possible.

Once an offer was agreed early May, he made constant efforts to relay information back and forth, negotiated tricky aspects of a process that proved at times far from straightforward. Abysmal service

Abysmal service. Took them 2 years to do the first inspection despite continuous chasing. The contractors they use for any work (MasterFix - google them) are terrible, expensive and also pretty useless. Theyve made the whole property rental process miserable and I cant wait to be done with them.To make it even worse, instead of addressing the issues and trying to fix it, they reported my original review for containing the name of the property manager who is beyond useless.

M&P have always demonstrated excellent communication and as a landlord have been with them for many years. Most recently, Jordann has been particularly efficient and listened to my wishes and wants, suggesting an appropriate way forward and taking prompt and agreed action. This is fundamental when maintaining positive relationships between tenant and landlord, especially if there is a small hiccup along the way, which inevitably there will be!

Giles Grainger - the property manager that you want!

Have been working with Giles Grainger on my rental property. Had plumbing issues for over a year and due to the multiple change of property managers, the issue fell into a blackhole and cost me money!! This all changed when Giles took over.
