GooglePatricia was so incredible at helping us find our flat. Out of the 6 lettings agents and 10 people who dealt with us Patricia was the only person who got our vision, had a personality and tried to make everything perfect for us. I recommend walking in and asking for her because she made a really stressful time become very seamless

I’ve been letting my flat via marsh and parsons for a few years now, and the most important person is your tenancy manager. In my case , Michael stout - he is always so quick and responsive to anything I ask and always lets me know anything important before hand so I can have time to act. He makes my life much easier when dealing with flat issues .

I really enjoyed working with her as I’ve been dealing with so many estate agents and their etitude and work ethic wasn’t even close to Patricia’s. I really enjoyed seeing flats with her and she advised me on the market, pro and cons and what to look out for. I have been working with her 3 weeks and found my dream flat, told other agents not to contact me as I felt being in good hands with her. I can’t thank you enough for the hard work you put in. From the initial phone call to the viewings, I was impressed with the area and market knowledge. Steven explained the process thoroughly and made me and my girlfriend feel at ease. He showed me around multiple apartments that fit my criteria to give me multiple amazing options rather than just the one in which I enquired! Baran attended to me concerning an issue with my Landlord.During our conversation, he was polite, responsible, respectful and made every effort to understand my situation.He considered all the salient issues before making any comments.He was non-judgmental and unbiased when giving advice.He understood the requirements of his job and tried his best to endure costumer satisfaction was reached by the end of the discussion.His mediation and problem solving skills are excellent.His first concern was to do his utmost best to resolve the situation to a reasonable conclusion on both sides.It is my opinion that Baran is most definitely an asset to Marsh & Parsons.

I have had multiple challenges working with this letting agent and and would not recommend them as a tenant. They look out for their landlord clients and make a pretty penny doing it. Even my landlord said their fees are high. The staff changes frequently and there was a lot of pressure for me to bid high and do a long tenancy to get a flat I ended up having to leave early as they neglected to put in a break clause which was very expensive for me and very lucrative for them. Max Davis and Roy Khan were very helpful though, but make sure you read the fine print before you sign anything as it may come back to bite you!

GoogleSteven Patten was my negotiator who showed me around a few properties, I can say that his service is impeccable especially since I’ve viewed a few through different agencies. He is tentative and knows my specifications, he does not waste my time and ensures fluid communication throughout. I have recommended him personally to a few of my friends who are searching as I couldn’t fault him at all. Props to Steven! Would definitely be using his services again!
