I’ve been letting my flat via marsh and parsons for a few years now, and the most important person is your tenancy manager. In my case , Michael stout - he is always so quick and responsive to anything I ask and always lets me know anything important before hand so I can have time to act. He makes my life much easier when dealing with flat issues .

Arguably the worst agents in London. Don't even think of working with these people. They are nice and useful until you sign, after that they are not just useless, but will ignore you, make your life hell and purposely sabotage your peace. Also not a one person in the staff sort of thing. Disgraceful these bunch are still in business.

This review relates only to the Streatham Hill branch of Marsh and Parsons, through which I attempted to buy a home in 2025. My experience points to a disorganised and poorly managed estate agency, and I would recommend prospective buyers and sellers avoid M&P and choose from the many other excellent estate agents in the area. The lack of care and transparent communication from M&P has left me without a home for several months and thousands of pounds out of pocket. Junior estate agents seem reluctant to escalate obvious issues to managers, and the branch director, Jonathan Mallet, has made no attempt to provide the most basic level of customer service.

GoogleSCAM, they hided information on my letting apartment, which was on their “Sales” list. I endured living in a showroom. Agents would open my front door without notice. The landlord Matthew Campbell Birkett of Glasglow was abusive overcharging me on fixing a fireplace which I never used! Unethical profiteers! He sold it to a Russian millionaire and kicked me out. Please check your commissions earned from Mr Matthew Campbell Birkett before saying you cannot find me, or lack the records.

We worked with Morgan in the Charlton branch and she was fantastic. Really responsive and moving quickly with all the checks and we were able to secure a flat within a week. She was knowledgeable about all the latest renters information and was able to guide us.
